Once I finally got called back it was a great experience but I was called back an hour after the Solv website said to come. I scheduled a time and waited to go to the Urgent Care, but it seemed like that was a waste. I think if I had gone straight there and done a walk in, I would’ve been seen quicker. Also, I listened to the same song on repeat for 1 hour on the TV in the waiting room and felt like I was going to lose my mind!

Scheduled the night before for a 9:20am appointment, which was a fairly easy process. Got a note from the clinic telling me to get there beforehand to check in so I arrived at 9:15.  Sadly I waited over an hour and a half to be seen and was never given updates by staff on the extended wait time reasons.  The care given was fine. I’ve been to this clinic before; however this visit made me think twice about using them again. Would recommend giving patients more information & communication about wait times and updates, especially when the time to be seen is way past the pre- scheduled timeslot for the appointment.

Went to this Urgent care location to be seen for chest pain with cough, minor headaches, sore throat, draining within the nose. I was seen by Nurse Practitioner. However, I’m little disappointed in the care just because I have been having these symptoms for 5 days or more. The NP did not come close to me to performs any assessment… check my throat, ears, nose, strep test etc, what if I had infection and I find out later elsewhere that I do? Theirs definitely a lack of care from this place. As a healthcare professional I would expect more thorough checks on patients. I feel like I waisted money using my insurance and co payment for an NP not doing their thorough checks.

Waited an hour and a half to have my daughter's ears checked. This place has definitely gone down hill, staff included.

My dog SCRATCHED the back of my left hand! That is what I put down on the form. I get home with discharge papers and it has ANIMAL BITE!  I could have done a better job and had to tell several people I needed a Tetanus shot. Don’t think I will go back!

Scheduling was really easy, but they asked me to show up 15 minutes early and then I had to wait an hour to be called back. Waited a little longer in the exam room but it is busy season for them. Nurse was great! Doctor was informative but said she would send over a cough suppressant and when I got to the pharmacy she had sent over a nasal spray.

I waited over an hour to be seen and question the medicine she recommended. For an upper respiratory infection, I'm seeing antibiotics like amoxicillin or penicillin should be prescribed. She only prescribed a cough medicine

The staff were kind the whole way through. Very patient with everyone coming in and the doctor, poor woman, overwhelmed after Christmas day, was also so kind and patient. She was smiling and gave me everything I needed. I haven't found another place like this.

Woke up this morning coughing and sore throat.  Staff excellent.

I woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to book an appointment easily. Check in process was easy. When I arrived I was taken back to a room at the time of the appointment, and was told there was going to be a small wait. Aye an hour of waiting in the airless room I went out and asked the staff what was going on, and they said it was taking a bit longer today than normal, and the practitioner would be in as soon as she could. I waited 1 hour 45 minutes before I saw the practitioner. She was nice and apologized for the wait, and said that the walk in appointments are scheduled in between the regular appointment bookings. I understand urgent care can take longer, but the wait today was not what I was expecting, and sitting in a room with no AC didn’t make it better.
