We came in and were checked in 20 minutes later. Staff was friendly and courteous and accommodating. We got the care we needed and X-ray was quick and was prescribed medicine quickly.

Worker at the front desk was absolutely unpleasant to talk to. She was unknowledgeable. I asked if they accepted HSAs as a form of payment and she said no. I had to ask the other worker at the front desk and she said they did accept it. The tone of voice was absolutely rude. Least you can do speak kindly to patients. The PA who treated me was kind but it was just horrible from the start checking in with the woman at the front.

Doctor was not very nice and she acted like I was offending her for being there which made me feel worse. Tested negative for flu and Covid and was told to go to hospital to get X-rays for pneumonia where they tested me again and tested positive for flu and bronchitis so thanks urgent care :/

The wait was 2 1/2 hours, but an ambulance was called for another patient.

Just wish there had been an xray tech available! Otherwise, great experience!

Unexpected visit and staff greeted me immediately.  Got my information in the system quickly through the app.  Very nice medical staff, friendly and understanding.

I have been unwell for the past two months and recently visited this clinic for treatment. During my appointment, I informed the doctor of my symptoms, but was only diagnosed with an ear infection and prescribed ear drops. I had to specifically request antibiotics after explaining that my throat was sore and my nose was stuffy on and off for months. Unfortunately, no thorough examination or tests were conducted, even after I insisted on checking both my ears and throat. After completing the prescribed medications, I've experienced no improvement. This visit felt like a waste of both time and money, as I had to advocate for basic care without seeing any positive results. I am disappointed with the level of care provided and am still in search of relief from my persistent symptoms.

The staff and doctor was great. I will be returning again.

Woke up with a bad headache and sinuses were hurting I was able to get in and seen quickly… the check in was smooth and the doctor very pleasant thank you

Scheduled my appointment the day before. Was able to fill out all my paperwork online which enabled me to walk right in and wait for my appointment. The appointment was held within 5 minutes of the scheduled time considering, that only one doctor was on call and the waiting room was filling up. The staff was friendly, and the waiting room and exam room were clean.  My doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and provided me with a few options. By the time I checked out my pharmacy, had texted the new prescription being received.  Outstanding service from start to finish.
