Everyone was nice and the wait time wasn't long, considering I had some tests done. But, I do find NextCare to be inconsistent in what they prescribe and when. I have a sinus infection and I was informed that being prescribed antibiotics on day 5 is too soon... but I've been to a different nextcare location for a couple of years for a sinus infection (I get them frequently) and they always prescribed me antibiotics ranging from day 2 to day 5. So it's just interesting to see the inconsistency in prescribing at different nextcare locations. Overall, staff and doctor are really nice, just feel worse since the visit with little aid from over the counters.

Got an appointment the same day. Check-in was easy. Staff very friendly. Overall, good experience and treatment. The only thing they can improve is to enforce their mask policy. Noticed a couple of sick patients in the waiting room not wearing mask! In this time of year with different flus and covid there is increasing risk of exposing patients to different viruses.

I woke up this morning and had the early signs of a UTI. I went into next care and was given two prescriptions to help me. They always are able to get me in quickly and resolve my issues.

The Dr was quickly in because I was having breathing issues. After assessment he took care of what I needed (steroids for my asthma & antibiotics for bronchitis). Thank you!

Was very pleasant and very easy . The staff seemed very knowledgeable and helpful

Went to visit during my lunch hour from work. It was very nice to get in and out in a timely manner. Still had some time to grab some lunch from next door & make it back to work on time. Kudos to the staff at NextCare . 🙂👍

Wish dr would have listened more then just prescribing what she wanted. Hate having to go back over and over until they finally give you what you know you needed in the first place. This particular dr seemed to want tot take move a holistic route. Of I wanted that I would have stayed home Or gone elsewhere.

Return visit as no antibiotics given 3 days ago.  Left with prescription for antibiotics & cough medicine.   Starting to feel better now.

I was seen for an upper respiratory issue. I was seen by PA Abigail Ferraro. She was thorough. She is awesome!
