I hurt my back and shoulder exercising. I used a chiropractor and home remedies but they didn't help. I am so thankful that urgent Care is no longer walk in. Scheduling is so easy. Filling the forms didn't take, I had to do it twice. The front office was great. I felt listened to. The doctor or PA prescribed me muscle relaxer.

Got same day appointment. Staff is friendly. Office is very clean. Doctor is very attentive, listened to all my symptoms and prescribed medication according to my symptoms. Answered all my questions clearly. There is a wait time of around 15 minutes

I booked an appointment to avoid the wait time, since I can't sit down that long cause I feel fatigue. But everyone else got the care but mine took almost an hour even I was the only one with the appointment, all others were walk-ins. I waited in the room for longer than 30 minutes and when I went out to check what was going on, I was told there was an emergency and the doctor is with them. The doctor didn't even apologize for having me wait but she was sweet.

The front office scheduler was very kind and friendly. The med tech didn’t even weigh me, just asked if I knew my weight. I just received a shrug when I asked if my blood pressure was normal. I came in with an upper respiratory infection and was told it was only allergies. The PA said several times that she would not prescribe any antibiotics because she “does not practice medicine that way”. I explained my symptoms (and my underlying health conditions) and that was not good enough for her. She told me to take several OTC meds simultaneously that I know would completely over dehydrate me. I tried to advocate for my care a second time and was still told the same thing. I will never come back. Ever.

Came in because of some female issues. Making an appointment and filling out paperwork via text was very convenient. I was also lucky to be treated by a gynecologist. She was great, helped me understand why/when I had pain. Left with medication and some ideas to reduce inflammation. Waiting for results of swab. Would recommend this provider.

Went in due to my son having exact same symptoms as last time he had strep throat to get medicine before it became to painful the NP said it’s not showing strep YET and the tonsils are definitely swollen and red but we won’t give meds YET and to watch it for another day and come back. Well not even 24 hours later my son’s tonsils are swollen almost touching white puss spots on both side and he’s crying in pain and no antibiotics were given so now I get to go back again abd be charged twice because we were told no he doesn’t need it YET and come back when it gets worse. My 9 year old is in pain for what? I don’t understand why make him wait when you knew it was not right.
