Everybody in the clinic are amazing. What a wonderful peoples they listen to you. They always try to help you with a smile 100% I recommend that place. There is one thing I don’t like the restroom is always lack if we wanna use it. We have to grab a key with a big keychain. That thing is probably full of bacteria. It will be nice if they get rid of the key to avoid getting bacteria on you.

I had been having a cough and cold/flu Symptoms for a few days. I knew I needed to be seen. I chose this provider As I’ve been here in the past. The wait wasn’t too bad considering I never had An appointment. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The nurse who saw me was knowledgeable and recognized my needs. She called my pharmacy with needed meds to treat my problem.  I am  feeling better and glad I once again chose this provider. I would definitely Recommend.

Went in due to extremely swollen lymph nodes and inability to eat. Met with "Doctor" Kareem. From the moment he walked into my room he was clearly in a bad mood. Refused to hear me out and literally walked out of the room as I was asking for advise on what to do. He ended up giving me 2 prescriptions, one of which was a disgusting tasting liquid that the pharmacist said could have been prescribed as a pill. She couldn't understand why the doctor would give something that tastes so bad when other options are available. The appointment took a total of 1 hour, of which Kareem was in the room for about 2 minutes. Didn't hear me out and I ended up at the hospital later in the day. Not sure why you have a "Doctor" working who doesn't want to help or give patients the time of day. He is the worst. If you have to go here, avoid him at all costs.

I was treated respectfully and friendly by nurse Evelyn. I appreciated how comfortable and informed she kept me throughout my visit. I will certainly use NextCare again if needed.

Cut my thumb we stop the bleeding and my wife scheduled my appointment. Walked in and was greeted and asked for my information. The person at the desk , said you’re check in. Waited about a 45 minute before I was called in for treatment. Once seen treatment was done in a timely manner.

I came as a walk in late night (around 2 am) for my daughter. I’ve used the check in app before so I went straight to it. I felt a little frustrated because I felt it was slower than if a person was at the desk but I also understood the hour and appreciate the availability. The only issue I encountered was uploading my insurance card images. After about 4 tries it went through and auto populated several fields which was very helpful because I forgot my glasses in a hurry. My point is the good outweighs the bad. And any frustration I felt was washed away by the kindest nurse I think I’ve ever had. She spoke so gently to my daughter that I even felt comforted. The doctor was quick and to the point! No extra stuff… no fluff… just in and out. At that hour I was good with limited conversation. No points taken away!  I highly recommend this place

It took me two hours just to find out i have the stomach viruis and they just give me a little medican thr did nothing
