Great staff, I was seen promptly and treated kindly, with a good medical outcome.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

The scheduling was quite off. I scheduled an available 1pm appt at 12:15. When I arrived at 1pm, I waited an hour and 15 min to be seen. If you’re behind schedule, your online scheduling should update accordingly. I would’ve booked the 2:15 appt and remained comfortable at home until the appt time.

Everything super easy and staff really nice. I don’t know if they were short staffed, but I had an appointment and waited 3.5 hours before I was seen. I’ve been before a few times and never had a wait like this. I wish there was some way to know they were that backed up so I could have rescheduled or arrived later. Otherwise they’ve always been great.

I was able to get an appointment the same day which was great since I was very sick, however I needed a prescription and the provider failed to call in the prescription when I really needed this medicine. They told me it would be sent to the pharmacy next door and I would be able to pick it up that afternoon. By the time I went to the pharmacy and learned it was never called in, the office was closed so they were no help.  Extremely disappointing, especially since they saw the severity of my condition. So if you need a prescription from this office, triple check it actually gets sent before you waste time going to the pharmacy.

My experience at this Urgent Care was awful. I would not recommend to anyone- spend your time and your money going someplace else. To start, I had an extremely long wait time, while I could hear several doctors chatting about their personal lives and joking and laughing from outside my door. There were very few other patients in the office, and yet the doctors had absolutely no sense of urgency.  Next, the doctors were extremely unprofessional once they entered my room. There was one training another, and even though I was visibly uncomfortable, they both separately did every step of my exam.  The new doctor did nearly every step incorrectly and needed constant corrections, completing routine patient care (ie- looking in my throat and ears, and listening to my lungs). It felt like a random person was in the room with me, not a qualified doctor.  Both doctors did not listen when I explained my medical history, and did not factor my personal history into their prognosis. I felt like a box they had to check this morning before being sent on my way, even though I spent an hour and a half at this facility. The bedside manner was terrible, and each time they entered my room, they didn’t even knock until after the door was open. I left this office extremely frustrated and feel I did not receive the quality of care that I deserved. This was an absolute waste of both my time and money, and I would recommend going literally any place else over this urgent care.

Just an overall great experience that provided lots of piece of mind. Thank you to the whole team.
