It was easy to schedule, smooth check in, reasonable wait, and professional service provide. A positive experience.

There was no one in front of me yet it took 40 mins for me to go back to the room. I could hear enormous amounts of non-work related chit chat that was slowing rooms down. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just getting caught up on charting but that’s not possible because the provider forgot to even fill out my chart. She said she was going to send in two prescriptions and then never sent them in. I called twice and they said they had no record of me being prescribed anything. Everyone was friendly but it’s poorly run and dangerous to not have a computer in the room charting and ordering meds before seeing the next patient. Epic is an easy system to run but you can’t run it if there’s no computer in the room.

All great service from wait time to check in and the healthcare providers are all efficient and courteous.

Doctor Guy Gambino or whatever his name was, was very accusatory with me over my mild infection and ingrown toenail. I was honestly taken back by how quickly it went from saying hi to me to immediately being objectively mean about how I cut my toenails. It was really shitty bedside manner especially for something so minor, like its one thing to get stern with a patient that smokes, but I cut my toenails bad and he laid into me for like a 2 minute lecture about how it was all my fault. I would t recommend that people see him when they visit here. Everyone else was super helpful and nice, but that Doc named Guy soured my whole experience.

Absence of health care. Poor to very poor service and policy.

Had a fall and when I appeared for my spot was told no one was there’s will not use this service again. I would not recommend this provider because they texted only a day before that they would be going virtual, and I did not receive that text. Very unprofessional and uncaring.

The receptionist was super kind, the care was professional. Will definitely use NextCare again!👍

An easy walk in schedule with QR code at fromt desk. Was seen within 10 minutes. In and out of the office with a prescription waiting at my pharmacy with 30 minutes.

Made an appointment and still waited an hour to be seen. The dr was nice and seemed knowledgeable. My only issue was the 10 minute appointment slots which are not realistic at all. No point in making an appointment walk ins seen first. Will go down the street where I get similar care but don’t have to wait for imaginary appointments.

Booked my appointment at the Arvada location and they didn’t have a provider that day (?), so they transferred my info to the Golden location. Great people and staff. Would recommend every time.
