Much easier when scheduling ahead. It was a challenge at first since I didn’t realize the app had changed! NP was easy to talk with and listened for the most part. It was the end of the day.

Very good care by all staff, highly recommend. Provided prescription for diagnosis.

It was very quick and efficient from start to finish, but not hurried. The nurse was very thorough in the questions she asked and in checking me over to find out what the problem was. It was a good experience when I wasn't feeling well. I would recommend this provider.

Was told that even with a fever and yellow sputum that they don't give antibiotics for sinus infection symptoms so they need to disclose they don't offer antibiotics. Total waste of time amd money.

I scheduled an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait an hour+ to be seen but still had to wait an hour. When I asked the girl working at the front desk about it she had a horrible attitude and told me I could just reschedule. I went to an urgent care to be seen that day, not be given attitude and told to schedule for another day. Dr. Jones was great but the front staff needs to be retrained or replaced

My appointment was at 6pm. I waited about 90 m8nutes to be shown into the room. Then another 20 minutes for the PA to come in. Otherwise, I l9ved my PA and her attention to my issues. Staff were friendly and the facility was very clean. I've been to this facility many times and never had such a long wait. After which I had another wait at Walgreens to fill my prescription. Maybe the facility had only the one PA. Otherwise I recommend this facility and the knowledge of the PAs there.

Set an appointment @9:45 didn’t get called in till 10:15 . So 15 minutes of getting there the girl gives me a 4 page packet to fill , so why she didn’t give it to me when I got there I’ll never know .  Then I get a text that they were running late because they had other patients there . But when I got there there was only 1 person waiting and 1 that got out when I got there.

Office staff and tech were both courteous and professional. PAC Judith Jones is an EXCELLENT care giver!!! She was very knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and personable! I received professional expertise from a caring health professional whose sole intent was to provide quality healthcare! Thank you all for the care I received!
