PAYMENT Many insurances cover a virtual health visit. You will have an opportunity to add your insurance information. Without insurance, the virtual visit cash price is $125. We accept most major insurances and many cover virtual health visits. Self-pay visits are available for a fee of $125. Members of our Advantage program qualify for virtual visits for $39. Was having Flu sx . Went to several Walk- in clinics was either turned away or would see me for ridiculous amounts of money.  Scheduled appointment with Next care and was booked and seen with script in one hr total.  Could I get a note for work! 12/18/25-12/20/25 please?

The provider initially had good energy, and the visit started off fine. However, the experience became uncomfortable once treatment options were discussed. I was told that I didn’t need anything other than Mucinex unless I had a fever or green mucus. When I explained that I was in fact experiencing those symptoms, the provider seemed visibly annoyed. I was then asked what I would like her to prescribe. I found this frustrating, as I scheduled the appointment specifically to receive medical guidance. As a patient, I’m seeking professional assessment and recommendations — not to decide on medications myself. If I knew exactly what to prescribe, I wouldn’t have needed to book a visit. Overall, the interaction left me feeling dismissed rather than supported. While the visit started positively, clearer guidance and a more patient-centered approach would have made this a much better experience.
