I was sent by an online pcp. I explained it but I don't think they paid attention. I ended up having to fill paperwork out again and paying another copay. When the realized ot I was told it couldn't be reversed because i paid cash. Not sure what's going to happen with that. They continued to talk about how this happens frequently.

Flu symptoms started yesterday.. I called this morning and got an appointment within an hour.  Really great!! The nurse was so very thorough and gave me advice and medicine to battle the flu!! Great service!!!

Easy to get an appointment quickly, Dr. was very attentive and personable, and took care in reviewing my medical records before prescribing medication for a sinus infection.  Grateful to be able to get an appointment so quickly since it would have been next week before I could get an appointment in person with my regular Dr.  I would definitely use this service again.

The Virtual visit at Next Care Urgent Care was so easy to schedule and I was seen right away. They had appointments within 20 to 30 minutes of me scheduling. My provider was compassionate, understanding and displayed professionalism. All of my medical concerns were promptly addressed and my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy of my choice right away. The provider sent a doctor’s note to my email right away to give to my job. I was very pleased and impressed with Next Care Urgent Care’s Virtual Appointment Service. I highly recommend this service to everyone who needs urgent medical care right away. Not feeling well, I used my phone for the appointment and never left my bed!!!
