Decided to try the virtual appointment for the first time however though Next Care takes my insurance the telehealth outfit they are contracted with does not. That’s a bunch of crap. I went to the telehealth website afterwards and they stated that they do take Cigna. Why the issue? Surge pricing to charge more?

I had a tele visit concerned prior to appointment & staff very helpful in answering my concern. Tele visit was great. My questions were heard & answered. Nurse very friendly & sympathetic to my health issue. She really put me at ease, added to treatment regimen & explained what the additional items would do. I appreciate the time she spent with me.
