Scheduled appt online & got in quick. Have been there before with my sinus and Sheri Hain is very nice and personable. She asks you a lot of questions & examines you thoroughly. Would recommend this urgent care.

Very easy scheduling and quick service from the team members at this location.

Went in with a sore throat. I didn't have an appointment but there was no line and they got me right in. Janice did a great job checking me out and sent two prescriptions to my pharmacy. She also cleared out earwax buildup from both my ears that she noticed during her exam. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes.

Showed up without calling first and was able to get help in less than 20 minutes!  Terrible pain in throat and ears are gone in one day thanks to the wonderful staff!  I highly recommend you to all my friends.

Scheduling was easy and I was happy to be treated and find out what was wrong with me, however when I went in to my room there was a used needle capped but sitting out not in the bio hazard box. I waited a long time in between test and diagnosis and at one point a fight was happening that I could hear outside of my door. There was a lot of cursing and loud yelling that made the experience unpleasant. I was waiting for a while until the Dr came back in and asked if she’d already seen me, to that I said yes and she wondered why I wasn’t given my papers. I eventually got discharged and was able to leave but overall the experience wasn’t the best. I usually always come to this urgent care as it’s always been good to me and I’ve had great experiences in the past, however this one made me apprehensive to come back.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I appreciate how everyone explained what they were doing to figure out why I was sick. I’m very thankful I have a NextCare near me and able to give me the attention I need. Thanks y’all!

I was a walk in near the end of the day. There was no wait time and staff was courteous when checking in. Regular routine of going to a room where blood pressure and temperature was taken along with explaining the problem (pet had bitten ankle. Next nurse practioner cleaned wound and dressed it. Recommendation to elevate foot, rest and antibiotic called in that I picked up and topical ointment, on my way home.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment and complete my paperwork online. Check-in was quick, as was the wait time. The staff and doctor were very professional.

Miss Sherrie and her staff did a great job,as always. They took really good care of me!

Scheduling my appointment was easy. I called one evening and was able to get an appointment early the next day. The FNP was very helpful and gave me a prescription for antibiotics and a referral letter to an orthopedic surgeon. The staff was friendly, efficient, and thorough. I definitely would recommend Urgent Care/Next Care.
