Tried to schedule an an appointment with the NextCare closest to my home. When I arrived, they were closed, but hadn’t communicated that. I traveled 30 minutes to this NextCare facility and I was impressed. The staff is friendly. The receptionist put me in as a walk-in and was very honest that it would be about 90 minutes until I was seen. That was very accurate. Once I was seen, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely travel to this location again!

Booked online seamlessly before leaving work. Got the appointment set for shortly after getting home. Nurse that did initial intake was awesome. Very nice, genuine and friendly, despite it being quite later into the afternoon. You would have thought she just got there. Even advised she hoped I got better soon. Seemed like a genuine concern, not a forced response. Wait time always a little longer than I enjoy but is to be expected with urgent care and priority of patients.

I couldn't get into my PCP so I made an appointment here. Scheduling was a breeze, but waiting to be seen was a long wait. I get that it's urgent care and they also take walk-ins, but my 2 hour wait was just not what I was expecting. The provider was nice and effective. Would return but only as a last resort.
