I won’t be going here again. I tried to schedule online, but the system was not working and the earliest appt I could get was 4 hours out, so I walked in and waited an hour to get into a room. The intake guy was super friendly and took a flu test, then I went to another room to wait for the dr. I was unfortunate enough to get Kelly Steele. After my recent visit with this awful nurse practitioner and now seeing the one star awful reviews from others over many years, I DO NOT understand how Kelley Steele is still employed here. I would give her a negative star if I could. She has zero bedside manner and obviously does not care for patients in any way. When she walked in to see me she gave me such a dirty look that I seriously wondered if I had perhaps stolen a boyfriend of hers in high school or something. She told me I tested negative for flu and that I had some virus of which there was nothing treatment other than over the counter stuff. She then just stared at me for a reaction, so I asked if they could run strep or covid test or something. She said that Covid would still be an untreatable virus and after looking at my throat for 2 seconds told me my throat didn’t look like I had strep throat. I don’t understand the purpose of tamaflu and Covid treatments if viruses are untreatable?? She should’ve run all the tests on me as I requested so I knew what I was dealing with. After coughing until I cried when she had me breathe in and out to listen to my chest and after my begging for at least some cough meds, she gave me a steroid prescription. I know there are plenty of meds out there for coughs and fevers etc that other drs have given me before, she just did not want to help.  She kept saying how there are bad cold going around etc etc. I honestly don’t care how many people have whatever, I am a different person and my sickness should not be dismissed and lumped with others.  I told her how my temp has been 102-103 for over 2 days and that that is obviously concerning and I am very sick and need some help.  Kelly Steele is the reason people don’t want go to the dr. People like her are the reason I don’t have a primary care physician. My expectations of any dr are very low, but she managed to make them even lower. The visit was a total waste of time thanks to her. She needs to be fired.  The rest of the staff was nice enough but can’t make up for how awful the “dr” was.

Walk in. Wait time was somewhat long but considering it was a walk in it wasn't bad.

Was very easy getting an appointment/checking in, the receptionist is lovely. I was called back after 20-30 minutes of waiting (sadly after my appt time) but was greeted very nicely, the tech who did all my vitals was amazing and very nice, I waited for a covid and flu test to come back - the NP or whoever the “provider” was had very little bedside manner. Maybe saw me for 2-3 minutes, kinda talked to me like I was an idiot for even going in, also said a 100.8 temp isn’t a fever which was crazy to hear. Got better advice from my brother who works in healthcare than I did her. Seems like she lacks patience/care. All the other providers I’ve seen have been great but wouldn’t recommend her (sadly didn’t get a name)

Please don’t ever let Kelley Steele see patients again. She listened to me breathe & told me my vitals were fine & nothing was wrong with me. She did not ask questions. She gave me 5 mins of her time & brushed me off. Made me feel like an inconvenience. I told her I have been struggling to breathe since last Saturday with chest tightness, along with aches in my shoulder, back, neck, etc. She told me to take Tylenol for the pain & that the nurse could give me a temporary shot for the pain. Otherwise if things get worse I need to take Tylenol or go to the ER. She noted the reason for my appointment as “acute shoulder pain” but I came in for my chest & breathing issues. I’ve been so scared. It was the worse medical experience of my life. The wait time was uncomfortable & I paid $100 for nothing.  I will be seeing another doctor who will actually listen and try to help me. Awful. Please do better in the future, Kelley. The only good thing about my experience was the male nurse. He showed me a lot of empathy, asked great questions & made suggestions of tests that could help me figure things out. I wish I knew his name, but want to thank him for actually caring about me.

Had to get my son in for a skin issue. Scheduled an appointment online. Everyone was so friendly! They spoke to my son as a person rather than treating him like he wasn't even there. We were in and out in less than an hour! We will definitely return if needed!

1hr 50 min wait from my scheduled time. This goes down as the longest medical appt. Wait ever!   So there’s that!

They were completely incompetent. Ran really late. They didn't know who I was after I was given a room. They didn't know which test they ran for me. They mixed me up with another patient and didn't even know who the test belonged to after they figured out who was which patient. They also send me home with the wrong prescription. I have never seen such incompetence before.

Tried to schedule an an appointment with the NextCare closest to my home. When I arrived, they were closed, but hadn’t communicated that. I traveled 30 minutes to this NextCare facility and I was impressed. The staff is friendly. The receptionist put me in as a walk-in and was very honest that it would be about 90 minutes until I was seen. That was very accurate. Once I was seen, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely travel to this location again!
