PAYMENT Many insurances cover a virtual health visit. You will have an opportunity to add your insurance information. Without insurance, the virtual visit cash price is $125. We accept most major insurances and many cover virtual health visits. Self-pay visits are available for a fee of $125. Members of our Advantage program qualify for virtual visits for $39. I suspected my son had tennis elbow so I scheduled a virtual appt online which was really easy. The doctor promptly joined the appt time at the exact appt time with no wait and prescribed a medication for the inflammation. 2 min we were done and had the meds we needed.

I went to pick up my prescription only to find out that it was never called in. When I realized this it was after 4pm and the urgent care was closed for the day (my appointment was at 9AM)… I’m miserable right now and have to wait until tomorrow to contact them and can’t pick up me prescription until tomorrow evening… unacceptable

My son had a bad cough going on 10 days. We decided to try a video appointment instead of going to the walk in. It was a 5 minute call where she asked some questions and wanted to hear my son cough. She wrote a prescription quickly. However, when I got to the pharmacy they told me my state insurance wouldn't cover the medication because the doctor I spoke to was out of state! So that was very disappointing. Next time I'll just go to the clinic to have a local doctor.
