The went on line at 10.35am & only appointment open was 4:30pm. Everyone of the staff people were good.

I hurt my bicep muddle so I called to ask if I need an MRI how soon can I get one. I was told same day so I booked an appointment. After checking in early like requested I still had to wait for two hours before being seen by a doctor. So kind of a waste of time and money as I was told they can’t get me an MRI. But I must say the doctor and staff are very friendly.

I called to make an appointment for a sinus infection. Earliest appointment was the next day at 11:30, so I scheduled it.  I got there 10 minutes early and they were running an hour behind!  Ran an errand and came back.  Didn’t get in until about 1!

Scheduled appointment a day in advance and was reminded with texts. Doctor was amazing and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

This was a following up on a UTI. Rick was informative and friendly. He explained all about UTI’s and what can be done to possibly avoid another UTI.  The lab time for processing my urine specimen was good as it was completed quickly. The upfront office staff was friendly & quickly processed appropriate paperwork.

All was great except wait time. I had a scheduled appointment and ended up waiting over an hour after my scheduled time.

Had some kind of bite (?) on my leg that was red and not healing, I had been putting Campho-Phenique on but wasn’t helping.  Getting worse n swelling of my leg in that areas, plus now really  hurt.  So Sunday I checked what walk in clinics were open in my area, they were till 4 pm  It was now 2:30, I went on line and booked a 3:30, filled out paperwork online. So got in as it was their last appointment  Would recommend them

I made my appt. Got to office no lights no sign. Waited till after 10 still no one. Called the next morning to see if they were open no answer. So is this office closed or only certain days? And it was obvious that no one was coming in why book me an apt over internet. Very disappointed.

Went in for a recheck for my ear ache and got right in. Nice staff, clean facilities and this is why we go to this urgent care.

I went in and they set me up with an appt but I still had to wait a while to be called in and then to see the dr...wasn't a big deal as it is an urgent care. Medical.staff was friendly but as I was checking out I asked if the prescription would be sent that afternoon and they said it would be. It was never sent out so I didn't get the antibiotics I needed as my throat and ear pain became worse. They were closed for the holiday weekend so I had to get another appt on teledoc to get the antibiotics prescribed. The end.
