I appreciated Jasmines bedside manner and friendliness. She took time to listen to what I was experiencing and take into account my recent medical history. I am pleased with her treatment options and how well she listened. She was also considerate of my time. I would highly recommend Jasmine.

Everyone was so kind and patient! I didn’t catch the lady at the front desk or the guy that did my blood pressure and stuff’s name, but they were both very wonderful. Jasmine was also a queen! She is very lovely, quick, and had a great attitude. I definitely recommend NextCare Urgent Care on 6th St.

Waited a long time. Music should be played in lobby and/or hallways, it's very easy to hear exactly what people are saying/doing in other rooms because it's so quiet. Staff was very friendly and kind

Victoria was not very friendly or helpful. I saw her spend a lot of time on her phone leaving patients waiting.

I called an hour and a half before they closed on a Friday night to ask if I was able to come in without a long wait? Because I didn’t want them to have to stay passed close. Mind you at this point, I can’t hear out of my left ear at all. It’s throbbing, the whole side of my face is in excruciating pain. She tells me no one is there and I can come in, so I do. Check in, everything seems to be fine. I’m filling out paperwork, which checks me in. I finish very quickly and I notice the front office lady is standing near the other employees working, and they’re talking. Which perfectly fine, it hasn’t been but 10 minutes of them talking so I just relax. I am sitting in the waiting room holding the side of my head because I am in so much pain. Finally, 30 minutes go by and she finally comes back to her desk and she realizes my insurance wasn’t verified. So, then she calls me up to tell me. I have proof that my insurance is verified, but it is not the proof that she is needing for the system. I call my mom because at this point I am almost in tears thinking i’m not going to get seen. I am not close to home, considering I am here for school. We sit there for 10 more minutes trying to figure it out, and she just keeps saying it says inactive. I give her my phone with my mother on the other end and they’re talking. As I am listening she says, “oh I’m so stupid,” and gives me back the phone. my mom lets me know that she had been checking the wrong insurance the entire time, we do not even have aetna insurance and that is was she was trying to check. So, for 30 minutes of it not being verified and her sitting there talking. She comes to find out that she is wrong. After my mom tells me that, I am like you were checking the wrong insurance!? and she says “I’m not going to lie, ya” WHAT! At this point it is 7:45 p.m. , I arrived at 6:45 p.m. Finally, she follows the correct steps to verify my insurance. I did not get called back for another almost 15 minutes later (they close at 8). I did not feel like they were nice at all! I was treated with disrespect and then was not able to get the care I deserved because of course it’s a Friday night, they’re there passed close, they want to get out. So, I was out very quick. I had a very bad ear infection, the doctor prescribed me medicine to a pharmacy that was already closed. Not sure why, after seeing everything I want through and how much pain I was in. So, I was not able to get any medicine that night and was there the next morning as soon as they opened. I am VERY disappointed, DO NOT recommend, and WILL NOT be back.
