Had increasingly sore throat over 10 days, hard to swallow then, ear pain helped make the decision to see a provider who asked me to open my mouth and say ahh but didn't actually look in my throat before saying it looked fine and that I should take allergy meds and Flonase. Waste of 45 minutes and my copay.

Felt very unheard, doctor was very unfriendly and contradicting when telling how I was feeling. probably talked to the doctor for less than 2 minutes before he handed me my papers and sent me out.

Jasmine was great! I would recommend her to anyone.

This is the second time I have been to this clinic. The first time was much smoother. The PA I saw, Victory Kelly, was upset with me for no reason. She immediately pointed on me for waiting so long between appointments.  This was very interesting because I showed up last week for my weekly appointment and NextCare was closed. Completely closed. There was no sign on the door and I never got a call from them. It was THEIR fault, not mine. Victoria was  asking me why I hadn’t seen her sooner. When I tried to explain she said she had availability before today. I told her I used the information I was given and it wasn’t my fault.  The nurses have very pointy fake fingernails and it is kinda scary. It is definitely unprofessional. One of the nurses had such long pointy nails that she would draw blood if she hit you with one of them.  NextCare = not a fan

Front desk was friendly. Intake was friendly. Provider was arrogant and beside manner was cold. Prescribed 40mg of Prednisone with no tapering instructions. Office lights were off except for small hallway light. Room lights were on. It was not welcoming and honestly made my daughter uncomfortable. If we weren’t in distress from a severe allergic reaction - I would have left once I saw the lights off. It was 5:30 pm.  Definitely will not be returning

Need a dark room for migraines.  The hour and a half wait was excruciating.

It was easy to get an appointment for the same day. It was not urgent care, but it was convenient for a Saturday. 8 waited 50min to be seen after my appointment time. I was in the office for 90min.

Really friendly and kind. Lovely place very clean and smelled nice. I didn’t have to wait long. I got in and out.

I had a skin infection that was worsening and I knew I would need an antibiotic. I walked right in, went straight back, the infection was examined, and antibiotics were sent straight over to the pharmacy. It was the quickest and easiest experience I’ve ever had with an urgent care! I will definitely return to this location.
