I’ve been to clinic several times. The staff were friendly and caring. Cory Robinson, NP gave excellent care. He diagnosed my issue and took care of me. When I had a problem with the pharmacy, he promptly took care of the issue. I’ve recommended the clinic and Cory to my friends and family.

The ladies at check in were super nice but otherwise… everyone was rude, including the doctor. I understand yall are slammed and don’t want to be here, but neither do we. My baby was super sick and a little love and care would’ve gone a long way especially after waiting 2 hours. We were seen for maybe 60 seconds and she was extremely rude. If you don’t want to work at an urgent care, don’t.

Went into the urgent care for my son who had suffered a laceration on his index finger and needed stitches. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and did a great job of taking care of us. She even went out of her way to look at the finger to make sure we wouldn’t have to wait and go to the emergency room. She looked at it and said that she felt like they could take care of it, but it would be up to the care provider. I was very pleased with her and how she did her job. My issue is with the care provider. We got brought back to our room. She wasn’t the friendliest person was my in there for more than five minutes. She unwrapped my son’s finger spread it and said she couldn’t do anything because he needed an x ray and sent us to the emergency room. I had a problem with this.  I’m not your ordinary person who has zero schooling in the medical field. I don’t claim to be a doctor that’s why we went in, but i know that when you check for ligament damage you have the patient flex and apply pressure as one way of checking which was not done. The other issue I had was my money for the co pay was not reimbursed nor was any of it given back. I read the sign that said if sent elsewhere for care it wouldn’t be, but for something as simple as sutures I expected a little more effort then one quick glance take our money and send us out the door. When I say literally nothing was done I mean literally nothing was done. In short the care provider showed no effort to help my son, came us with an excuse for not helping my son, had a poor attitude, and just took my money. When I got to the hospital they were also in disbelief in what happened saying that an x ray was not needed, and were upset for me with the care that was provided. I will never be coming back for anything. It will be straight to the hospital from here on out.

Went in sick, was charged twice while I was there. First was co-pay which I was told was $75.00 then waited quit sometime to be seen then told I would need to go to the local hospital as they don't provide services i needed. Then when I went to leave was charged another $125 for what? Was told that's what blue cross and blue shield was requiring? I've had the same health insurance for years and have never been charged like this. What services did I just pay for? I was seen by a nurse and sent on to the hospital. Will not be using urgent care again, just go straight to the hospital where I wasn't charged a dime as of right now.

After two days of feeling crummy and missing work I scheduled an appointment. Was able to get in within an hour, less than 10 minute wait and treated with great respect. Both nurse and Nurse Practitioner Cory were great, took care of my needs, ran test and had answers. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Will certainly return if needed.
