I needed a video visit follow-up because the prescribed antibiotic had not been effective. It was easy to schedule the appointment, and the same doctor who had seen me earlier saw me the second time. He prescribed a new antibiotic for me. Using NextCare for this type of problem is much easier than trying to get an appointment with my Primary Care Provider. I would probably still be waiting for a return call from them if I had gone that route.

I’ve been battling a fever, cough, sore throat, body aches for several days. Scheduled a virtual visit. Lori Mcfrann was prompt in time and had great bed side manners - Very empathetic and thorough with answering my questions and concerns.

Scheduling was a nightmare. The provider was great though and we were on and off the telehealth appt before the scheduled appointment time even came around. Perfect!
