Promptness excellent. Physician very friendly and informative. Once I understood how it works, it was quite seamless and efficient. The only negative comment I can provide would be that if your brick and mortar facility has no MD, PA or NP physically present, the website should not allow an in-Person visit to be scheduled. Have had symptoms of uti for two days and was about to book a virtual appointment that was convenient for my work schedule. Great doctor helped me and feeling much better.

I was desperate to get started on antibiotics for a reoccurring UTI, it being a Friday I thought I’d be out of luck, but scheduling was so easy and fast. Check in was super easy and I only waited 5 minutes. Dr. McFann was lovely and went into depth explaining why she was prescribing the med she did. I will use the virtual feature in the future!

Woke up with a UTI, made an appointment quick and easy and the Dr was great. Sent out perfect meds so hopefully I'll be back to good soon! Would definitely recommend!

My video wasn't working on my phone, and the doctor didn't just give up on me, and go to the next person. I finally just used my husbands phone. I didn't feel rushed. The doctor was very attentive to my concerns, and I felt very cared for. This was a great, easy way to get timely medical care!!!
