Had a tooth extracted that was infected, dentist never had prescribed any antibiotics. Did nothing when called about it. Pain and infection continued to get worse. So went over to clinic to get it looked at and an on going rashes. Was prescribed medicine hope to be getting better soon. Tooth pain is always so bad. I am so glad for there help. Always so helpful, nice and caring and clean there. This is third time o have been there I will continue to go there. This a good place to go.

Staff was very attentive to my needs.  Michael and Thomas checked that I was very comfortable during my procedure.

Check-in was super easy and the staff was so friendly. It was about an hour wait to be seen. I would go to this facility again.

Was able to get in and out fairly quickly. Staff was nice.  Waiting area could definitely use a tv or at least some music it was like a morgue in there.

Having a ear problem couldn't hear out of either ear. Just drove out to office walked in and got appointment right then. I had wax in packed in both ears they worked to get them cleaned out and had success which I was grateful for. They were friendly and helpful.

Staff has gotten much better. Nice people and they don’t make you feel like a waste of time or just another patient to rush through. Thank you w

I will never go there again! I got to my appointment way before the scheduled time and was put in a room at my scheduled time. The nurse said there were only two ahead of me. Waited 45 minutes and went out to ask how much longer it would be and they told me there was one still ahead of me at that time. 45 minutes for one patient??? Every person that came in after me was gone before I was. Don’t understand!!! It was another 15 minutes before the nurse practitioner came in. I said I never go to doctors and she was a smartass and said that’s good because she is a nurse practitioner. WOW!!! I was also charged $100 more than what I thought the receptionist said and the receipt was emailed to me. I will have to see what insurance does.

Everyone was very nice and so easy getting in.  My husband is in a wheelchair and it was easy!

This was a terrible experience and you guys should be embarrassed. The facility was absolutely disgusting. An urgent care where pit sick people are coming go should at least be wiped down or something. We could not sit in a chair.Or put our things on a table because of the filth. For some reason I had to pay a hundred and fifty dollars to be seen which does not happen at any other urgent care Is the physician miss diagnosed me. The physician was to call in a prescription which she forgot. So it was. A waste of time.I got Incorrect information and was not provided with the medication. You should really be ashamed that to call yourself.A medical facility that can't keep itself clean and whose doctor doesn't know what a very common ailment is. I would in no way recommend and in fact I would tell people to steer clear of your facility.

My overall experience was great. My only concern is an injection. I was under the impression to get in my hip, was given to me in my arm and is still sore.
