I woke up this morning with symptoms of conjunctivitis and I was happy to see that they offered video calls instead of having to go into the office. First time I ever did that and it was very convenient and saved me a bunch of time!

During an allergic reaction, I was able to schedule an appointment and meet with a provider within 30 minutes. She quickly reviewed my symptoms and prescribed a steroid that had me starting to feel better only a few hours later!

Doctor was great! Very nice. System lagged a bit and I had to fill out appointment paperwork 3x due to them canceling the original appointment because they weren’t open at the time they had a time block. So I remade appointment and filled out paperwork so I wouldn’t have to do it the following morning and then got a text that morning I needed to fill out paperwork. So irritating but just glad I got to get this over and dealt with and can start the antibiotics asap rather than wait to see my primary care.

I cannot believe house easy and quick this appointment was to schedule. I logged on and had an appointment set for 20 mins later. Filled out all my paperwork online, and saw the dr quickly, all without needing to leave my bed. Amazing.

I booked an appointment 30 minutes before my appointment. The provider was great!

Very easy use of appt scheduling. Quickly taken care of. Very frustrating, as attempted to call back a couple of times to discuss tx. Never was reached out to. Had to pay for another virtual visit that was sub par. Ridiculous to have to pay again to get follow-up care.

My prescription was not put in right and it was after hours. It was miserable because I had chills all night long.

Provider was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Didn’t wait more than 1 minute or so and scheduling was easy!

Great help and very friendly visit. 10/10 recommend!
