Provider was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Didn’t wait more than 1 minute or so and scheduling was easy!

Was easy to schedule the appointment and was so glad that a video call was an option.  The provider was kind and attentive.  The appointment started on time.

Having trouble hearing due to congestion in my ears called last week, talk to a doctor. Dr gave me prescription. Told me that if it doesn’t get any better or gets worse that I needed to see my primary care provider. Called my primary care provider they said they couldn’t get me into August 8, meanwhile I can’t hear anything. Had a nurse call me back. The nurse gave me a recommendation to call back this doctor to get me on some more medication. This doctor refuses to see me and charge me $35 for a minute and a half phone conversation! Now I’m on my way to urgent care to be seen when they’re gonna tell me that I need to see my primary physician. Which is gonna cost me more money getting nickel and dimes and the runaround and don’t appreciate it. I cannot hear!!!

Have had a bad cold with a rash on my face. Friendly fast service. 1 hour later, Walgreens still hasn't received the prescription.

I have used this service over 10 times with great results. However this last time I waited for over 20 minutes for my appointment virtually.  Once the doctor say me she only gave me 4 pills which per my file is not enough to help my situation.  I am going to have to pay for another visit or go to another service provider due to this error.  I am extremely dissatisfied with my service yesterday. If you can provide a contact for the office that I can call to get the treatment required that would help.  It is unfair that I would have to book and pay for another visit.

This PA was just rude and had very little bedside manner. I told her what I thought the problem was, and she literally told me “well this is what you think it is, even tho your symptoms don’t match up with it but I’m going to give you the medicine to treat what you think it is anyways” instead of doing her job and investigating more. My appointment was at 5:30pm and it felt like I was just the last appointment of the day and she was just trying to get it done. Would not recommend this provider.

Doc was great and understanding! Very easy to talk to and helped me get what I needed for my gout.

Video call scheduling was quick and met with the Doctor via video. So quick and easy! Loved the ease!!
