I was concerned about a problem I was having with my eye. I tend to get infections quite easily, and I was scheduled for some surgery a few days later I felt like I needed to check with a physician and find out for sure if I had an actual infection. The doctor at NextCare was very understanding and did a thorough job of checking my eye and giving his opinion and a prescription to help my eye heal. It was a great relief to me. They are always so kind and thoughtful and it is always in a timely manner. Never seems like I have to wait very long to get in either. I would certainly recommend NextCare at this location for any health problem, not requiring hospitalization.

Chairs were filthy, exam table had a large tear in it, exam room was gross. Clearly not much gets wiped down. Made me come in for a second appointment because I needed a different medication instead of calling something else in to the pharmacy. Will be billed twice now. I will choose a different office in the future.

The location is good and hours open to.  Always quick, friendly and helpful.

Felt like I have a sinus infection.   Check in process very timely and convenient. Staff at clinic very professional. I recommend using this urgent care office.

Provider came in once didn’t seem to care about my concerns and came back in with discharge papers and didn’t explain a thing The front desk lady acted like it was an inconvenience to check me in because the mobile thing wasn’t working and seemed to change her demeanor when she saw my insurance was through “a really good employer in town that pays for everything”

Had a croup cough for several days and the staff was great.  Really appreciate their help.

The receptionist was very friendly. I booked an appointment online and arrived to find only 5 others waiting. It took over an hour to be directed to an exam room where I was told that Jason would be with me. After waiting over another half hour I gave up and left. Terrible experience—will never go back, and will encourage others to seek other, much more professional urgent care facilities in Lincoln.

The last 3 times me/my family has gone here, they have tried to push us off to the ER. I don’t feel like they truly care about my health or figuring out why is wrong with me.

Went in with a sore finger! Had to call back to see what the dr found out!

The nurse and doctor were very nice and helpful.  The receptionist was rude and not friendly at all.
