Have a recurring UTI. to schedule and come in was very convenient. The staff and the PA were great. In fact my visit was more through than at my primary care office. If in the future I need to be seen on a quick moment I would surely go to this Next Care. I felt well taken care of..

Although the music was loud and could have been calmer in the waiting room  (especially, when individuals are ill) the staff was super friendly and flow went so smoothly !

Had a sore throat for a week. Was able to walk- in and be seen within 30 minutes.  Staff was very efficient, professional and friendly.

I am absolutely livid with this urgent care!!! They don’t know how to read X-rays and failed to diagnose me with pneumonia. I was told by the NP and given a written report that my chest xray was negative, when in fact it was NOT.  I’m not a radiologist but I do work in the medical field and after many attempts I was finally able to get and review the images. I can clearly see consolidation in my right lung. Had I not gone somewhere else that day I probably would’ve ended up hospitalized. My symptoms were right sided substernal burning and severe sharp pain in my right side after having full-body muscle aches the night before. I even told them I heard gurgling in my chest overnight and wanted the xray done. They decided to start with an EKG and then the chest xray that was read as normal. She told me that if it was that bad I should just go to the ER to rule out a pulmonary embolism (as that can’t be seen on an xray). I will never go to another Nextcare urgent care since they clearly hire incompetent staff. Also I tried to file this complaint to their main office and after being on hold for 10 min I gave up. They clearly don’t care about their patients. But I definitely got a bill for these ‘services’ and they made sure I can write them a 5 star review.

I had been sick for a week but was able to walk in and get an appointment easily. I waited a little over an hour to be seen but the staff was kind and told me about the wait time. I was called back and the doctor was informational and made sure to explain to me what was going on and gave me 2 options. The 1st one was allergy meds and then he also prescribed an antibiotic by that weekend i was still not feeling better but had an antibiotic. Overall this urgent care was helpful!

Continued symptoms after Covid.  Treated for bronchitis and got better

The front desk lady should be ashamed to work in an urgent care.

Scheduling was easy,wait time was short, care was excellent
