Walked in and was told I could have an appointment an hour later. I understood they were busy and making an appointment was understandable. Came at my time and was not seen until 1.5 hours later!!!! I understand being busy but if they know that then DO NOT schedule appointments telling people they will be on time! Then when I was seen the doctor and the tech seemed like I was a burden even being there. The front desk girl was nice except for scheduling me when she shouldn’t have. I would have gone somewhere else had I known and won’t be back.

Professional from start to finish was complete and thorough.  I felt cared for excellent bed side manner.yes 100% Laura Torres she's good provider listens and very knowledgeable.  Absolutely would recommend her. I've had her and so has other family members and yes, definitely professional from start to finish.

I had an appointment scheduled and had to wait one hour and 15 minutes before seeing a provider. There was no one else in the waiting room.

Front desk experience was great! The NP I saw talked over me the whole time and didn’t actually listen to the issue I came in for. I felt like I was getting lectured instead of being listened to. The NP also didn’t even look at my paperwork, as she offered me a medication I’m allergic to and one that I’m already taking. Please recognize that people come in needing to be heard, not lectured. Ask questions, like “what’s your main complaint?” because you definitely didn’t ask me that. Please don’t be passive aggressive and judgmental.

Walked in for sore left foot and filled out details by phone. Wait time about 40 or so minutes with one person ahead of me. Staff very professional. Diagnosed with gout and given medication. Feeling better.

Went in Christmas Day for a wrist injury and really just wanted an x ray to see if it was fractured. Came in the office around 11am and was told I *had* to schedule an appointment and *couldn’t* wait as a walk in. Next available appointment was at 2. I came back at 1:40 and the same receptionist let a walk in wait in line before me and told them to sit down. I checked in and was told I would have to wait another hour. Even though I was forced to have an appointment others who came in after me were admitted before. I understand it was Christmas but why did I have to schedule an appointment and then come back and wait until others who hadn’t spent their whole day waiting were seen? If there’s a policy for wait times it needs to be applied consistently. This is urgent care, not an ER. If it were an ER I would understand. This place needs more medical professionals on staff on holidays and a consistent policy for appointments & walk ins. I initially got there at 11- waited at home for my appointment at 2, waited on my “appointment” for an hour and forty five minutes- nearly 5 hours. Once I was taken back the medical staff was quick to see me and get X-rays taken.

Kind of a long wait but hey, what would expect for Christmas Day. The care was excellent.

Everything was fine except it was annoying to schedule an “appointment” for a specific time only to then wait multiple hours. That seems dishonest.

Friendly staff and physicians. The doctor was very thorough and kind.
