Walk in due to an injury. Very nice and caring. Took the time to listen and gave excellent care.

The people were great. Had to wait 25 minutes past scheduled time but the service provided was worth the wait.

I stopped in to see if I could get seen this morning and was greeted kindly. The wait time was not long. The medical staff were very professional and through. Dr. Kimmie was exceptional. I have been in a quick care that was a efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend NextCare. Thank you for great service.

Thank you so much to all the staff and doctors for the great care yesterday! I was so sick and they took great care of me and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The best part of the visit is they really care about you! Thank you to all the wonderful staff, even the young man that helped me with paperwork!

After fighting a respiratory illness for a few days I decided to go in to Nextcare. I've had nothing more than acceptable experiences over the last three years I've been going there but I need to feel better and BSW is a non-starter for me. Granted I already felt like dog crap but the scheduling web site just wasn't working for me. I schedule an appointment for 1:40 and arrived promptly on time. There were 3 or 4 waiting, but knowing (thinking) that since I had an appointment it was not a problem. Right? maybe not... Did I mention there were three extra large sweaty men painting the lobby and all the furniture was pushed into the middle. At 2:13 (33 minutes wait) I was called, the got my vitals and showed me to the exam room. At 2:35 (another 23 minutes in the room) a Nurse Practitioner came in, said my flu test was negative, said she'd be back with my papers. Can't Wait. At 2:47 (ANOTHER 12 MINUTES) I walked out and asked for my papers, the NP walked out of a room and shoved them in my face. My urgent care appointment took an hour and seven minutes, with maybe two minutes of face time with a health care professional. Not a good experience at all, would not recommend.

This is my go to location for sick care as my GP is an hour away. I love the staff

Had a severe sore throat and sinus issues.   Was able to schedule on Solv and get in within 2 hrs.  Easy check in, staff extremely friendly during a busy day, and the care was good.  Would definitely go back to NextCare. Advise downloading the SOLV app as it made scheduling easy!

This was a repeat visit for me, and every time I’ve been there, the care has been excellent, the caregivers and office staff are all efficient, caring, friendly, and skilled at their specific jobs! I highly recommend this facility to others!!
