My daughter became very sick with a respiratory infection and I did not anticipate her worsening significantly. I attempted to make an appointment online but they were all booked out for the day, we did a walk in and it took approximately an hour to go back. Once we got back into our room we received excellent care from all staff members and had a wonderful experience despite the wait time - but we expected this considering it was a walk in at an urgent care.  We will choose NextCare over other facilities in town because of the quality of care.

I was told the wait time would be 4hours and it was less than 3 hours. Excellent care.  Very thorough.  I would highly recommend to others needing medical attention.

The staff is so professional and friendly. It was an extremely busy Saturday morning and all the the staff still had smiles on. This was a much needed service in Maricopa. I am very grateful for the convience. My only suggestion is they need more providers.

I have used this facility virtually and service was wonderful! Yesterday I had to go into the office due to a bad nose bleed and the staff is wonderful! Friendly ,Caring, Attentive, everything! I didn’t have an appointment but they got me in almost immediately I highly recommend this office and I will stay a patient for anything I need or my family needs in an urgent situation😊

The wait time was considerably timely for walk in. Everyone wes friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the doctor and nurse. Wish I could have them both as my regular medical provider.

The night before I began feeling sick and by the early morning I was in horrible shape. I looked on line and there was currently a wait so I took advantage of the one men but available. I was checked in and seen within 10 minutes. The proper testing was completed and aftercare was developed. While I’m not there yet, I am on the men bed and feel better than yesterday. If I can’t get to my primary care to will go to Next Care Urgent Care for help.

Waited abit longer but was walk in so to be expected but very impressed with guy who checked me in and with the NP. Very thorough and like the follow up I received

Called for appt, got in the same day.  All paper work could be done prior to my arrival. Oscar at check-in was very thorough and friendly. Wonderful treatment.

Everyone there were nice and professional. Listened to my concerns. Felt confident with my treatment. Would definitely recommend this urgent care!

I did a walk in and was immediately acknowledged with friendliness and professionalism.  The staff that assisted me were polite and explained everything in simple terms for me.
