Schedule at 4:30pm was seen at 6:35pm. At 4:35 I was told it was a 30 minute wait. Wasted a lot of my time.  Doctor was good.

Went on the app and set myself up for appointment at 1:45 p. Got a text that said “get there early” so i arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. About 5 other people were in the lobby. As i checked in, the embarrassed front desk gal told me my wait was over an hour. I reminded her that i already had spent nearly 45 minutes setting up my online profile and had a scheduled appointment. She explained that it was basically first come first served. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, i was seen by the medical team and was out the door in 20 minutes. Thought i was in Canada for a minute there. So, staff good, admission process terrible.

Excellent friendly staff. Honesty I couldn’t ask for any better.

Wait time was terrible - one doctor sleeping a lot of people will not end in good results - staff was friendly but shame on the administration for not providing more doctors and kudos to the staff for being kind under stressful conditions

I shared my symptoms with the FNP, but she dismissed my concerns, stating there was nothing she could do and that I needed to go to the ER for further testing. Her attitude was extremely dismissive and rude throughout the visit. I would not recommend this clinic and will not returning. The only positive thing was the front office staff, they were understanding and helpful.

Waited two hours before even being seen. dirty, felt like wasted time. The girl that took us to the room, was not pleasant. I wouldn’t go back to that location.

I was so impressed from checking in to staff and doctor. My only concern was wait but it normal because of flu and cold season. I definitely will come back in heartbeat!!!

Went in for a note for work, not knowing I was running a fever of 103°. Doc was very concerned. Referred me to the big hospital, discharged me with a prescription same day with a flu diagnosis. This whole time I thought it was just a cold...!

This is the second time I’ve been in since Thanksgiving and your front desk rep is very good.  She is welcoming and efficient and obviously handles multi-tasking with skill and grace.  Lucas, the PA, gets an A-plus. He was friendly, a good listener, sympathetic, and spot on with his diagnosis.  The prescriptions he ordered are doing their job.  I was impressed with him.  It was disappointing to hear that your X-ray machine was broken.  There was a point in time when NextCare took a great deal of pride in its X-ray service.  I did try to tap and activate the “Would you recommend this provider” heart, but couldn’t get it to work.

I booked an appointment in a fever state and thought I booked the location closest to my house.  There were no addresses listed, no addresses/directions given in text, and no live waitlist on a monitor inside the waiting g room.  I sat for 25 minutes waiting at the wrong location after checking in online e.
