My adult son has a lot of medical issues which is why we always have to visit urgent care facilities when we travel .   This is the best care we have even gotten for him .  For starters every one had a smile on their face ! They helped us find a pharmacy close to our hotel .   Even his regular doctor doesn’t asks him so many question or even listen to him .  We will definitely go to next care next time we are in town and need help !

What’s the point of making an appointment, if you’re not gonna be seen at that time and people who walk in and be seen before you? And I wish the doctors were a little more proactive. Instead of trying to explain away symptoms, to actually do some sort of test to make sure my kid is OK. It’s not allergies, lady. And if it is, it’s not only allergies. What happened to this place? It used to be so awesome. Is it under new management or ownership or something? It’s just dark and dreary now.

I usually see Lucas at this location. I was disappointed because it was someone else. She just went through the motions, not listening to what I was trying to tell her. On the discharge paper she stated "blood pressure was elevated at today's visit", but the reading she entered was 99/62. That is definitely not elevated. I would recommend Next Care, but not this PA.
