Waste of time and money! Went in after at home covid test was positive. Had another test while there which was negative. NP states their test could be a false negative and mine could be a false positive. WTH! Mine was free!!! After I paid a $75 co-pay yours should be a better quality than mine! First and last visit!

I did a walk in because I was having some concerning symptoms and my husband was out of town and advised me to go to urgent care. The young man that helped me was wonderful. I felt genuinely cared for and listened to. He ended up recommending that I go to the ER as my complaint and his exam posed the possibility that the problem was bigger that urgent care was designed to handle and it turned out he was right. I only wish I had received the same QUALITY of genuine care and attention from the ER they took me to as I had received at this urgent care facility. While I will refuse to ever return to that hospital where they took me to he ER… I would go back to this urgent care any time. I hope they know what a gem they have in the young man who helped me.
