My cat scratched me deeply and the wound quickly became infected. This visit was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting a long wait.  The assistant was friendly and kind. The Dr was efficient but not hurried. Will come again for sure

Was not able to rate with stars. Have been wrestling with this crud for over a week that turned into bronchitis. Was able to make an appointment online and had to wait a short time before being called. The nurse was very good. PA confirmed bronchitis. Gave me a prescription for the pearls to numb the back of my throat. My coughs are coming from my chest and the rattling and squeaking are working their way into a cough. Did not recommend what to use to dry up the drainage. I said I had used MucinexDM and real Sudafed but he didn’t say one way or the other to keep using either or not.

Broke my right pinky toe, doc saw me and gave me a plan to keep it from swelling.

I made an appointment for 9:30am on Saturday morning for pink eye.  Doctor was very good and said he sent the prescription electronically over to my pharmacy.  Went to my pharmacy and waited for an hour—-they never received the prescription order.  It’s now Sunday and no call saying the eye drops are ready!  I’ll now have to go to my regular doctor this coming week for eye drops.  Don’t know if he forgot or order was sent someplace else.

I waited for about an hour because they forgot about me and then waited some more when I left for no reason. When I called back the next day because I was still in pain and didn’t get the antibiotic prescription she was going to prescribe me they told me to take Tylenol.

Woke up sick this morning set up an apt online very easy. In and out within maybe 20 minutes so fast so easy. Everyone was so kind. Front office staff was great too. Fast, professional and very friendly. Will absolutely go back if I ever need services again, can't get this service at any other urgebcare I've ever been at.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. Went to urgent care after a dental injection and the dental office was closed.  My cheek was visibly swollen & bruised and I had trouble opening my mouth.  It was clear from the moment the physician’s assistant walked in that she had no intention to do anything more than send me to a dentist.  I had to urge her to take more than a cursory glance inside my mouth.  She stated they “did not have dental tools” to look at the injection site. All that was needed was a q-tip to lift the inside of my cheek to see the injection site - she wouldn’t even do that. Ultimately, there was no verbal diagnosis given- just a recommendation to ice it & see my dentist.  Sadly, I learned more from Google than I did from her - it’s probably a hematoma from the injection. What a huge waste of time & money.

The provider was rude and dismissive. He treated me like I was an inconvenience and a waste of time. He didn’t answer any of my questions just told me to see my primary care doctor and left. Very disappointed

I went to your clinic to be seen for a sinus problem. When I arrived I noticed that the clinic didn’t open til 8am. That seems odd for an urgent care. When the clinic opened I talked with the front desk about seeing me. She was short and curt responding to my questions. I saw Joe and he diagnosed me with a sinus infection. Said that he would send my prescription to Albertsons on Power and Broadway. It was never received at the Pharmacy. I tried to call the clinic and was put on hold, waited over 30 minutes before hanging up.  Called again and was put back on hold. At that time I drove back to the clinic still on hold. When I walked in neither of the ladies at the desk were doing anything. When I inquired about my prescription the lady on the right rudely told me to step around on the left side of the desk. When they checked on the prescription they said that Joe was going to sent it again. Needless to say if someone had answered the phone it would have save me the time and money driving back to the clinic. This was my 1st visit to this facility and I’m pretty sure it will be my last visit.

They said everything was fine and didn’t give me any treatment for my asthma left  and 10 minutes later I had to go to banner that would actually help me and could see my oxygen wasn’t even good
