The patient care was warm, professional and thorough.  The front desk person was unpleasant.

I first started out with a video call because I was having a hard time breathing and felt feverish a the NP Unfortunatley I forgot her name but she was very concerned and strongly suggested for me to go in the office. Which I really did not feel that great to drive but I did and I I happy I did. I got great care from everyone. My only little complaint was my appt. Was atc2:54 and I had to wait about 30 minutes longer. Other than that I was very satisfied with Nextcare's service.

Very quick and very comfortable with the ma and Doc. I normally don’t like men doctors but Matthew was the best! I will come back if I have to.

While scheduling the appointment was easy to do online, I arrived for my appointment and was told that they were running an hour behind schedule.  I was unable to wait so rescheduled for the following week.  To avoid another delay, I called 45 minutes before my appointment time to see if they were again behind schedule.  I was told that everything was on schedule.  I waited another 57 minutes past my appointment time before seeing the provider and the entire exam (a sports physical) took 4 minutes.  The provider was very nice but did not check lymph nodes on the neck area and did not look for signs of scoliosis in the spine. I received much more thorough sports physicals at other facilities.  I got what I needed but the overall experience was not very good.

Scheduling worked well. Scheduled for 8 am didn't get in until 820. Other than that everything went great!

Rescheduled appointment. Easy online forms to complete. Waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time but that isn’t bad. PA was very thorough.  Explained the medications and reasons for them. Would go back again and highly recommend.

Woke up this morning with pain in my right ear and swelling. Was able to schedule an appointment for the same day, was even able to get a later in the day appointment. Staff was awesome, cleaned my ears and treated me with amazing bedside manner. 100% recommend next care, it’s the only place I go when I’m feeling crummy.

Easy to schedule even on a Sunday. Staff at front desk was a bit obnoxious and loudly talking and laughing in waiting room. I waited about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Once I was seen doctor’s staff and doctor were very good and efficient. I would go again if I need a quick appointment.

Loved the friendleness, care, concern, and thoughness of the staff.
