Fell down the stairs and hurt my hip. Kids felt i should be seen. Made appt online for 2:20. Was taken back at about 2:45. Not sure about Dr's reaction to me at first but he was thorough, kind, and helpful. Staff was very friendly

Happy that I could get in that day.  I have shingles so it imperative that it gets treated quickly. Staff was very helpful with the insurance claim.   Also the nurse practitioner was pleasant attentive and had great information about saving money on prescriptions.   I am from Canada so I would never have known about the coupons.   She saved me a lot of money and I am very appreciative. Overall I,m very happy with the service. Hope I don’t ever have to seek medical attention again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to come back

The staff was super friendly and comforting while they gave me an exam and very helpful with the information I needed to get care with my primary and obgyn. Everything went well. It was my first time. They said I didn’t owe anything so I left. Then about 1.5 hours later I got a call saying I had to pay. Would have been better to pay when I was there instead of over the phone.

I got there at 11:35 as requested wasn’t seen until 1235. The PA didn’t address my thrush issue and he prescribed me pills that are made for a dry cough not a phlegm filled cough like I have.  Totally felt like I was just being rushed out the door
