We were in and out and under 30 minutes and provided great care so that we could have a good weekend out of town.

There was a wait when I arrived, but receptionist asked if she could schedule an appointment for me two hours later so I didn’t have to wait in lobby. This worked perfect, as I was able to go home & come back. The NP did a great job taking care of me, and I was very happy with my level of care.

I called my insurance's advice line and was directed to your Mesa office on Cadence. As my husband drove, I was able to book my appointment on the way. The staff was phenomenal in explaining what they could and couldn't do in an urgent care setting. The EKG that they did do was reviewed with me. My instructions were chest and thorough. We were giving lists of doctors in the area, which is extremely helpful, especially with our being from our of town. I highly recommend this office and that's people. Separate problems necessitated my being seen on two separate occasions this week. Thank you!

This urgent care is right around the corner from my house. We’ve gone here many times for my multiple children. The issue I have with it is that I will state in the notes what’s going on with my kid and then I’ll show up and they’ll tell me they don’t test for whatever is wrong. Which is ridiculous. If you knew what  my concern was, then why didn’t you tell me before I showed up and paid $50 that you were unable to do what I was expecting to have done? This has happened more than once. If you don’t have an x-ray tech,  if you don’t do bloodwork – you should tell people before they inconvenience themselves to come and then miss out on an appointment they could’ve had somewhere else.

Very disappointed. I was told I did not have a UTI and no kidney stones but a lot of ketones in the urine. My blood sugar was 142. They wanted me to go to ER for diagnostics testing. No way. And wait 3 to 4 hours. No thank you. Went to my gynecologist 800am this morning. Have a full blown bladder infection. She asked if they even tested my urine and I told her what they told me about it. I'm on antibiotics now and AZO. Could have been out of pain if diagnosed correctly. This is one bill I will not be paying. Sorry not sorry. I

Honestly one of the best urgent care experiences I ever had.

Went in with the expectation that I would be getting antibiotics since what I had has gone through the family, and they have all received antibiotics and have gotten better. Ended up being told to wait it out essentially. Overall, I left feeling that the care a received was poor and I wasn’t listened to.

My daughter was seen for less than 3 minutes total, was written a steroid prescription when it should’ve been an antibiotic for a sinus infection and then we were charged $250. The doctor didn’t even look in her nose when her main symptom was discolored mucus. Absolute insanity, this place is a joke.

I was able to get an early morning appointment and had no wait time. I had UTI symptoms which they addressed thoroughly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The wait time was horrendous. I was told 24 mins. It ended up being closer to two hours. The NP that saw me seemed like she just wanted to hear herself say big words and types of medicine. When I told her I didn’t understand what she was saying she laughed. I had to ask multiple times for her to check my blisters on my throat. Just overall felt like it was just to check the boxes. I was prescribed two prescriptions but wasn’t diagnosed with anything. No real answers just threw antibiotics at it.
