Excellent caring knowledgeable professional care from the Doctor on the floor- took care to explain carefully my condition and appropriate steps for me to take

Woke up with flu symptoms my mom had a few days earlier, wanted to get in right away in case it was the same (it was). They were easy to schedule with, took all symptoms and the current situation at home into mind and got me diagnosed and a prescription set up real quick. If you need an urgent care visit. This is the place to go to.

While there was no pre-scheduling available dat before, took chances on walk in. 30min before opening parked, first in, clean and friendly. Some issues with the online forms, front desk staff was extremely friendly and approachable. I mentioned the pictures of cards wasn’t responding, phone or WiFi - they offer to scan and suggest a form flow workaround. Successful love an immediate workaround and solution. The front desk overheard something my sick son said, and we all shared a laugh about the darnedestness of it. Second patient back, more questions for kids, and the MA had great bedside manner with my 5yo. Cuff, temp, height weight. We’re in the room. Quick checkup and health status and we’re out. Before 9am. Great care and thankful for the accessibility / convenience.

Dr. Karen Noll was great! The front office staff was kind and helpful.

Set an appointment up about 2 hours out. Showed up a little early and was taken right in. Everyone seemed focused on my well being and communicating perfectly.

Very professional staff, no long wait time. Was prescribed cough meds & nasal spray for congestion

Wow, WOW!!  If you are suffering from pretty much anything that you need a doctor to look at and examine please consider this NextCare facility. Never have I been treated in a more expedient and professional manner when visiting a emergicare-type facility like this one. Don’t waste your time on any others. Thank you to the receptionist, staff, and medical professional. You guys ROCK!!!!!

Headache due to a sinus infection. Couldn't get into my regular doctor. Was able to quickly go online, find the closest Nextcare and quickly book an appointment. Got in as scheduled, staff was great! Saw the physician who was able to get me diagnosed and medication sent to my pharmacy.

Woke up and was in a lot of pain. Scheduled the appointment online. Ms Gomez, the nurse practitioner was horrible. She even said to me are you trying to get narcotics and stated that she needed to let me know that "they" look up everyone's reports. Ms Gomez, not everyone is a drug addict trying to work the system. I think it was more painful to put up with her crap.  I would not recommend this place. There are so many other better choices

I had a good experience bringing my son here. The front desk was attentive and quick. We didn’t wait for long and once we got called back the MA and NP were also quick, friendly and listened to my concerns.
