Scheduling is always easy. I always do it myself online. Check in easy as well. Went to their website and thankfully they had one appointment available for the evening. This visit thankfully didn’t have to wait that long to have my Eight month old seen. Took her in, was worried about a cough that didn’t get better and was diagnosed with RSV. The doctor took her time and did all the 3 test they always do to rule them out first. Gave me the diagnosis and the prescription and off I went. Super nice and friendly and most off all professional. Always very convenient that they are open until 8 and take in walk ins.

Great staff and trusted medical care at the Town East location in Mesquite, TX.  Their facility is welcoming, clean and safe. They are very professional, efficient and caring with patients and general public. Open until evening hours with availability of appointments and walk-ins providing great flexibility to see a physician or nurse practitioner, get testing done and prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of your choice.  I would recommend this clinic for your healthcare needs.

I book the appointment online and even I did the application and fill out in online so when I arrive I can check in faster. But I have to wait it for one hour, whoever come behind me they got call early. Then I have to go tell the front desk that they have not called me and have to wait for 1 hours. After that the ladies she check again in the system and told me I will be next. I think they need to improve more for the check in and who who book in online.

All staffs are nice and so helpful. I really had helped in a good and nice clinic
