Misdiagnosed by the pa went to hospital immediately after leaving found out I had pneumonia and she diagnosed me with ear infection and a viral infection verbally prescribed ear drops and cough syrup, arrived at 6:30 went to the back within 6/7 mins got in a room and didn’t get acknowledged until 8pm of course the office closed at 8 so they rushed and didn’t do a thorough job at all… what the point of being in health field if you really don’t care!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend going

What is the point of scheduling an appointment? Still took 2 hours to be seen. I didnt schedule an appointment to go sit in a waiting room for 2 hours with a ton of sick people.

Everything was oustading, I just surprised that they didn't prescribed nothing for my congestion and im still congested.

Scheduling was easy and got right in at appointed time. All staff friendly and thorough exam. Left office with answers to questions and plan going forward

Went to be seen for a really bad back pain. Was left in a room for 3 hours. I had to go find a staff to see if I was forgotten about. I don’t know if it was a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner finally came in felt on my back ordered a Covid test and flu test for back pain. I had to ask for an xray. Waited another 30-40min with no results. I was feeling so bad I had to leave. This facility is very uncaring and unprofessional.

Before next care was Baylor Scott And White I visited a few times.  I was delighted to know that the facility is now Baylor and Scott urgent care center. It is a vast improvement cares excellent was able to get an appointment quickly, and they attended to my problem.  Moving forward, I will visit them for any urgent care. I may need in the future. Thank you.

Booked an appointment for 11am only to wait an hour in the back to be seen. The PA didn’t come until after noon and did the regular exam and did not prescribe antibiotics even though my mucus is deep green. Only prescribed Zyrtec and a cough syrup that if she would’ve asked, I could’ve told her I was already taking them. I wanted to ask for something different but feared the already hour and an half visit would go on longer as I have to return to work. Overall, I’ve been going to this place for years and never experienced such a slow wait with no resolution to my sickness.

I made a appointment on Monday and thankfully I was able to be seen the same day. Luckily I was because they determined that I was in the early stages of pneumonia, so I was places on two rounds of antibiotics. Thankful they seen me, because this could've ended differently.... Definitely Would Recommend

I notice my daughter having signs of a uti and saw the urgent care closes at 8pm. So I rushed and got to the urgent care at 7:35. Check-in was phenomenal fast and easy as a new patient. The staff was fast, friendly and professional. We were out by 8:30 with prescription. Thank you so much 😊. Completely recommend this provider
