Had urticaria rash over most of my body it was second time in 3 weeks. I a walk in was seen within 20 minutes. Pa took excellent history and treated my symptoms until I could get in to see my PCP

Just was not recovering from virus after 2 weeks. Noticed some wheezing and was able to get in very quickly.

The provider did not introduce herself nor tell me her qualifications, APRN, PA, etc. Then instructed me to take ibuprofen, even though I’m on Celebrex.  When I questioned her about it, she said she didn’t realize I was on Celebrex, even though it is on my medications list.

Very sweet and helpful receptionist - compassionate to my inability to speak loudly or move quickly.  Nurse and provider both listened, understood, didn’t belabor issues, took action, and I’m already feeling considerably better!! Would totally recommend this provider.

I really appreciate how reassuring & caring everyone was. My concerns were listened to word by word & I feel so much better already. Thank you so much to everyone that took care of me yesterday! I would 100% come back again

I am always very satisfied with the treatment I receive from all of the staff members, doctors, and nurses at NextCare of Papillion. Dr. Chrissy and Nurse Jill always take excellent care of me. They are never in a hurry and spend as much time as necessary to listen to my health concerns and provide the best medical attention possible. I would, and do, recommend this office to my family and friends.

I had to get stitches in my lower lip / I’ve never had to get stitches before so I was a little nervous. Dr. Crane and everyone who works there were extremely nice and the entire process - from getting the stitches to getting them removed was painless!! They are super friendly and extremely fast /  I will definitely recommend using them to all my family and friends!!

Went in with sinus, cough and throat. I knew it was early on but I wanted to get ahead of a sinus infection due to flights for work. Was told it was too early and to get suedifed. Let it work it’s course.  Very next day full blown sinus infection. Consistent full yellow mucus when blowing and green flim when spitting. Very disappointing

Wanted my information emailed to me of some results but never got them at all
