It was my first time being seen here, and I was very impressed! Staff was very friendly! My nurse was very polite and friendly!

I had to call my insurance agency, TRICARE, to get the referral in order to see the urgent care but afterwards, I was scheduled quickly and seen within the next hour following my phone call. I was in to see the doctor within 10 minutes and then out and on my way to the pharmacy to pick up some medicine and head home. Always a great experience at this location.

My daughter's cough changed to bark in the middle of the night. I was able to get on the app at 7:00 in the morning and had an appointment by 9:15 a.m. Took maybe 5 min to do the paperwork on the app and book it. My whole family loves the care at NexCare. They are kind, they listen and we are never rushed. I highly recommend!

The nearly 2 hour wait time in with no one else in the waiting room was beyond reasonable, especially considering how quickly I could be seen and treated. I also think that someone with a severe ocular migraine might have been moved somewhere more comfortable and dark than the main and very bright waiting room if needing to wait that long for the shot.

I’ve been having a cough for a few weeks and scheduling the appointment was really easy! The lady at the desk when you first walk in was so nice and welcoming! The wait time was not long and the rest of the staff was very friendly.

Only issue is with wait time, but I don’t blame the staff at all.  It’s cold/flu season and also a weekend.  With that being said, I still didn’t have to wait very long.  Maybe 30 minutes.  All in all, they are a fantastic care clinic and I would recommend them to everyone I know.  I will even continue to take my family there if they need care.

Chrissy was very professional and helped immensely with the issues that I was experiencing the office. Staff was very kind told me it would be better if I scheduled an appointment and came back rather than wait in line which was wonderful for me, but Chrissy was very caring and got me exactly what I needed for what I needed it

After having pneumonia, my joints got inflamed, and it was painful to walk.  NextCare got me in the day I needed to be seen.  The doctor was great, and my nurse, Elaina, was so caring.  She had to give me a shot, and I couldn't even feel it!  I can walk today, and I'M SO THANKFUL!  I don't remember my doctor's name, but it was a man.  He really wanted to help me figure out what was going on.  I will definitely be back!  The only reason my wait time was a little long is that I came during the lunch hour, and that's my fault not theirs.  Everyone needs to eat their lunch. ;)

Just did walk in and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Nurse was efficient and Dr came in promptly and was quick but through. I hope I don't need Urgent care often but if I do, I will definitely go back to this facility
