Everything went better today than yesterday today Derek seem to be more into helping my child making her feel better and comfortable and listen to my concerns understanding and polite. Very good doctor. Recommend him he’s a keeper. I’ve been going to this location for years and I usually only like roshan but Derek is now another one that I like good doctor and the nurse great nurse I’ve had him for years and yes, I would recommend to keep him around. I would recommend him to other people you need doctors that can get down to a child’s level or listen to the parent concerns and treat the patient without scaring the patient or traumatizing them to where they don’t wanna come back. I wish I would’ve had him yesterday and this issue would probably be resolved as of yesterday instead of today, but but yes, highly highly recommend

My son has a runny nose and cough. We always come here so that’s what we did again. Wait time took forever. Front staff was rude and slow. The guy that brought us back was really nice and attentive to my sick child. I wasn’t happy with the care of the doctor or PA. Told me my son was fine when he is clearly sick. Runny nose, coughing and irritable. Very unhappy with this visit. I feel like we went for nothing and of course they will charge our insurance after doing nothing for us.

Viste took a lot longer than usual!  Staff was disconnected with the patients.  Doctors brushed off my childs pain sent her home with no answers asked me if I wanted my child to get an x ray instead of being sure about her injuries.  Two days later and she is still limping!  I did not appreciate the condisending tone!
