I woke up during the night with a sore throat, headache and chills. Canceled work and called NextCare and got an appointment time suitable for me @ 1:00p. They called me back by 1:10. They did all their normal stuff, asked a few questions, tested for the flu (Neg.) Diagnosed me with Upper Respiratory Infection and gave me a script and left there at 1:45p. They were very efficient and I already feel better today.  Thank You NextCare ( Doctors & Nurses ) for all your Care, Concern, Compassionate and All You Did for Me and Others.   I  Appreciate You, the Check-In was Easy & Fast, Staff was very Friendly

Check in went smooth and nobody in the waiting room. Took a little longer to get back and the wait time for illness testing took a bit longer than I’d like but everything feels like forever when you don’t feel well. Overall the staff is very nice and helpful. Would go back again…if needed.

Was seen for an Asthma flare up.  I was wheezing and out of breath.  Was seen by NP Durgheu who was very professional and compassionate.   He ordered imaging of my chest, steroid injection and breathing treatment and send me on my way.  I was able to breathe better right after treatment.   Today, I was able to go back to work.  5 stars to NP Durgheu , Alexa & Jackey!!

Woke up and made an appointment easily after my cold symptoms did not improve. Check-in was quick. However the provider, Alex Durgheu, did not spend very much time with me and had a very dismissive bedside manner. I would not return to this location after this visit. It is very disappointing because my family had been using this facility for many years.
