I love the doctor I saw. He's always very caring and treats whatever is wrong with you. I'm very thankful I didn't see the PA. I've ended up hospitalized twice because he doesn't believe in antibiotics for bacterial infections. I'm always anxious on who I'm going to be getting treated by when I'm very sick. It cost me time, money and my health whenever I'm seen by the PA. Very thankful that the correct doctor was in yesterday.

I had problems with the online scheduling. The system kept logging me in under a family member’s name. I ended up using pen and paper. The triage nurse and doctor were fantastic. I had a great experience with both of them. Unfortunately, the office had a strong air freshener which made it challenging to breathe.

All staff were pleasant and helped answer my questions.

My prescription the dr ordered was for covid and he prescribed an anal supplement instead of ordering a pill. Im glad the pharmacist caught it because my insurance wouldn’t cover it I

ON WED. ,THE DAY BEFORE  THANKSGIVING 2024, I AWOKE WITH SYMPTOMS OF AN INFECTION. I CALLED AND WAS ABLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 2 HOURS! BEAUTIFUL FACILITY! SHORT WAIT TIME ! THE OFFICE MANAGER PROCESSED MY INSURANCE CARDS , ID AND PAPERWORK SO QUICKLY! HE WAS FRIENDLY AND QUITE  HELPFUL WITH MY QUESTIONS AS WELL. THE NURSE AND PA I SAW WERE BOTH ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! BOTH LADIES WERE THOROUGH IN THEIR EXAMS AND TREATMENTS. THEY LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND WERE  SO KIND ( I had 2 shots administered and oral antibiotics prescribed) THIS WILL BE MY NEW URGENT CARE FACILITY AND I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!👍😍

Have horrible case of bronchitis.. getting worse Cough is not manageable even wit Tessalon Perles AND Delsym combined.. I even added 1/4 NyQuil though not supposed to whole body aches from coughing fits  FNP 11/27 too extra care high dose antibiotics shot and steroid to prevent pneumonia THANK YOU I don’t remember the last time I was this sick .. I RARELY get sick this must be the makeup version for the years of health :(

I woke up this morning with an ear ache and drainage from my ear.  My PCP is out of town due to the holidays so I made an appointment at NextCare.  It was easy to make appointment, the facility clean and the staff was efficient and friendly.   The PA Kevin was thorough and professional.   I will definitely be back if needed.
