Son had strep- male assistant/nurse was very kind and put him at ease while swabbing. Whole visit maybe twenty minutes start to finish. Kind, clean and quick.

Bad Sore throat- made appointment and still had 30 minute wait. Dr was awesome. Really nice and caring.

Acknowledged promptly upon arrival. Friendly, Courteous staff. Professional and efficient.

Everything went smoothly, wait time wasn’t bad and my problem was quickly addressed and I was on my way.

I went to Urgent Care with so much pain and I was diagnosed with kidney stones.  The service was amazing. I was seen immediately and made comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and assisting with my needs.  I have told all my friends about my fantastic treatment .

Went in for some VERY intense vaginal pain on a Saturday. I informed the PA treating me that it was worse than my unmediated childbirth. He proceeded to have me checked for bv which came back negative and told me he was going to prescribe me a medication for a yeast infection. I then asked if it was possible it could be an std. He then proceeded to make me feel guilty that I didn’t ask anything about a possible std sooner when I didn’t know they tested for that in office. He then ordered a 3 panel std test which came back negative so sent me on my way with a prescription for a yeast infection. Despite me voicing that it was definitely not a yeast infection. Well 2 days later, still nothing cleared up even with the medication I called my obgyn. They were able to see me the next day, after telling my doctor my symptoms she said it was wrong of him to make me feel guilty for asking about std screening and said that should have been the first thing he tested for. She then tested me for herpes and prescribed me medication for that because she was almost positive that after one glance it was herpes. Sure enough that test came back positive. She was appalled for me that I could have had relief sooner if he had just tested according to my symptoms. I understand that he was not an obgyn but my doctor even said my symptoms were textbook herpes. I was in agony 3 days longer than I should have been because of the negligence of this medical professional. If he had only listened to my symptoms and concerns and not made me feel guilty when I spoke up maybe things would have gone differently.

Scheduled online. Had to wait 20 min to get in, so I sat for awhile. There was one person ahead of me.

I came to office with out an opponent as I was in pain with an infection and it was Saturday night and after my regular doctors office hours. I was given great care. Because I needed pain medicine and my regular pharmacy was closed the staff called and found a pharmacy that was open and not too far away. I really appreciate the extra help as we are snow birds and don’t know where everything is located. I would not hesitate to use this provider again.

Wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days so I decided to make an appt online. Very easy to do and my appt ran on time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Did tests to rule out stuff and just had a bad cough. Will return if I ever need to use them.
