They don’t even wait to see you before they diagnose you. Papers were printed 1 minute after they took payment and 10 minutes before being called back. I won’t ever go back!

I scheduled an appointment and I walked right in. The doctor and assistant were very good and I was seen on time. I got a prescription for my sickness and went home. Very good visit.

Short and productive.  Nice people.  Good location.  Recommended to all

The provider was quick to get us out and move on. He barely answered my questions or addressed my concerns about my daughter. There was no empathy or compassion. I would never come back to this location.

Receptionist did her job. MA was friendly. Provider, Robert, had a bad attitude when he walked in the room.  He shouldn’t be in healthcare either this type of attitude.  No treatment.  I’ve been to another nextcare and I will make sure I continue to go there since they are all kind and caring people!!!!

They were nice enough. They listened to lungs said I was fine  Left room said would come back w plan of care handed it to me told me to read it and walked away.  I went to another urgent care immediately and they said I was not fine and gave me medicine on the spot and scrips to fill they listened to me and answered my questions. I left there felling much more well. Able to finally breathe better literally

Whole process was easy and the staff was helpful and very friendly. Thank you.

I found out today that my ever North care urgent care all locations have closed.  I was informed to go to nextcare. I made an appointment with symptoms of a UTI.  I found one close by and I was impressed that I could make an appointment.  I loved how I could complete everything online, including my health, insurance address, etc..  I received a text stating when I arrive to check in.  I checked in five minutes later I was shown the bathroom I wanted to make sure my urine was caught. She quickly set up a hat. I was able to urinate and put into a room.  Within a few minutes, the doctor came in and checked my vitals.  I was told I did have a UTI and the prescription is being sent to my pharmacy.  I was disappointed that I ever North care urgent care was closed, but I am no longer disappointed.  I am 110% satisfied with next year from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. Everyone was amazing.  Thank you next year.

Went into the office for the second time in two weeks for excruciating muscle pain. The doctor was fine, wait time was good but I have never experienced such cold and uncompassionate check-in and nurses aid. Had the same experience with the same girls two weeks ago. I think that patient care was a bad career choice for both of them
