This is my second review, nothing to add. Everything went great. If only hospital ER's were this concerned. I would recommend the staff at this location.

The entire staff was awesome. Nancy and Ariasa were great, Greg was very cool and caring. Holly was fabulous. Great bedside manners while being professional and smart

I came in due to knee problems and neck problem. They took care of me quickly.

came in with a very painful hand.  Front desk and check in nurse were so extremely kind and friendly.  The NP was great! I felt bad because I was cranky from being in pain all day.  I was in & out in less than an hour and with a good plan of care.  Thank you This was my first time at an urgent care and it was a good experience.

Scheduling was quick and easy. I was glad I could go after work since I was feeling terrible.

Wait was alright. Spent 150$ to get seen today. Checking in went fine, then went back to get seen. The PA little asian lady came in and literally did nothing. Didn't examine me, didn't check anything out, didn't even see how I was doing. I told her I had just thrown up at work and been having stomach issues diarrhea and nausea and had been vomiting. Followed by everytime I have a bowel movement, I get these massive heads like nothing I've ever experienced before. She did absolutely nothing, just told me oh you have a head ache, you should see a neurologist, oh you have stomach ache you should see a GI. She had 0 care, 0 effort, and sounded clueless, 0 empathy and 0 helpfulness. I could have a stomach bug or something but she didn't even care just said go see someone else. Literally the most useless and helpless person I have ever encountered. I spent my money to be examined by your staff and I did not get examined nothing, she couldn't tell you what was wrong with me because she never even tried to find out. I'd give 0 stars if I could

The App won’t work. The app refuses to load my login into. I cannot show my test results. The app is extremely dysfunctional, and useless.

I like the provider, she takes care of patients.  The staff is caring too.

Hi   At your urgent care facility. I was quite surprised to find that no doctor was on duty during my visit. In an urgent care setting, the presence of a doctor can be crucial for timely and accurate diagnosis and care.  During my visit, I was attended to by a nurse who, while doing her best, seemed to lack the experience needed to address my concerns fully. I explained multiple times that I believed my pain originated from my lungs and requested an X-ray, yet I was repeatedly advised to go to the ER. After much persistence, an X-ray was finally performed, but I was not given a clear interpretation of the results due to limited experience in reading them. The following day, my physician confirmed a small amount of fluid in my lungs .  This experience has left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the level of care provided. Trust is essential in healthcare settings, as patients rely on accurate diagnoses and compassionate treatment. I hope this feedback can help reinforce the importance of having qualified professionals available to meet patients’ needs effectively. Nil
