This NextCare Urgent Care Center is excellent.  I had debris in my eye that scratched my cornea, and am so glad I came here - they fixed me up right away, relieved the pain with numbing eye med, made sure there was no debris left under my eye lid, and recommended an OTC eye med for the next couple of days, and it worked great - no eye pain at all! They did an excellent job!!!

Went to your urgent care had a really bad. Cough and I told the office I was coughing up green and yellow crap from my lungs. The provider saw me and said to take over the counter medicine like cough syrup and advil. I asked for an antibiotic like  cipro because when I coughed my chest hurt. But the provider said I didn’t need it and even though I insisted on it, she said no! It’s not a narcotics. I will never go back to urgent care facility, Had to go to banner to get treatment. They proscribed amoxicillin and a cough syrup . A few days later I felt improvement. I have told everyone I have come into contact with to never go to urgent care. But go to a banner clinic where they listen to how your feeling and proscribed accordingly.

The diagnosis was not accurate. I felt like I was just one more even though there were hardly any patients.

The easiest Dr. appt I’ve ever had!!  I scheduled my appt and filled out my paperwork online.  When I arrived, I paid my co-pay and only had to wait about 3 minutes to see the PA.  Was in and out of there in 15 minutes! Everyone was friendly and the Dr explained everything very clearly.   Highly recommend this facility!

This office is always usually Great. The front staff and ma were so friendly. The physician made me as a parent not feel to great i feel embarrassed that I had to bring my son there already because the doctor office has such a long wait till they could get him in for a med refill and appt. And I didn’t need to be made to feel that his health issue was uncontrolled because of that. I will still go there and she was not rude I just feel maybe a little more understanding of people situations would be nice.

Been sick for 2wks & went to urgent care. This is my best urgent care. It is always a great visit besides being sick.

Front desk was very friendly and fast. I needed to give a urine sample and the restroom was a disaster. The PA was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ask me several questions, gave me an exam and prescribed my medication. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes.  I have used this facility several times and I highly recommend it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Urgent Care. The PA was unprofessional, yelling at and blaming the receptionist for accepting walk-ins, even though I had a scheduled appointment. The PA was rude, scoffing at the situation, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. During my appointment, the PA was unfriendly and dismissive. After my visit, they assured me my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy, but the next day, the pharmacy hadn’t received it. I had to call Urgent Care again, where I was told they would “make a note” of the issue. It’s been 24 hours since my visit, and I still don’t have my prescription. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable, and I’m very concerned about my health worsening due to this negligence. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Susan Reins PA-C was one of the rudest people I have encountered in healthcare. She did not listen to my concerns, she was rough with her exam, she couldn’t not have spent less time with me, she didn’t explain her treatment plan to me. She said everything looked perfect and yet when I checked out they told me she ordered an x-ray - that she never mentioned. I work in healthcare so I understand all the ins and outs and there’s no reason my experience should have been this poor. I don’t get the sense this was a personality difference, she just seemed like someone who is pinching a clock.
