Great overall service sadly they referred me to an X-ray imaging clinic that my insurance didn’t cover which lead to me having to drive 30 min away to the nearest imaging clinic.

My daughter and I came down with the flu and they were kind enough to see us together rather than waste time and be seen separately. The staff was Genuine and efficient. Our visit was all around pleasant. I would definitely recommend this provider and This NextCare location.....Thank you!

I was prescribed antibiotics that makes me not sleep.  I have not slept since I was seen there.  The doctor should have told me that the medication has side effects for trouble sleeping. I would appreciate if the doctor to change the medication so I can sleep

I had had a sinus infection, earache and migraine for four days. I knew getting rid of the sinus infection would take care of the rest of the symptoms and as someone who’s suffered with migraines for 27 years, I was not concerned about that. The PA certainly was though. Annoyed and curt, she rattled off 20 questions about the history of my migraines, while I can barely think of my own name, and then said she didn’t have anything for me, that I would have to go to the ER. In 27 years of having migraines I’ve been to the ER ZERO times, not even when they last 14 days. I kept bringing the subject back to the immense pain in my sinuses and fluctuating fever. The odd part that my temp registered 97 but I was sweating buckets. Nope. She kept telling me to go the ER. She did offer Toradol though, which I declined, but I looked up at home. Apparently it’s a strong NSAID which is an odd thing to offer to inject a patient with who told you they’re allergic to NSAID’S and acetaminophen before getting on the table. The young lady at the front desk and the tech who checked me in were very professional and kind as always. I appreciated them. They were a nice buffer for someone who doesn’t know how to listen well and immediately chooses an agenda for a patient instead of actually caring about why they came in. Lucky for me, I got antibiotics for the sinus infection but not without one last push for me to head to ER. Very unprofessional and telling of her personality, not mine.

Had to call back 2 times after my appointment to have my prescription sent to the pharmacy. They ended up sending to a pharmacy different than what was put in my chart and verbally confirmed.  24 hours after my appointment and I am still struggling to get what was prescribed. Waste of time and money to even be seen.
