I had been coughing for several weeks. I just recently had a virtual med appointment and was prescribed steroids & inhaler. The medication didn't work as it turned into bronchitis. I was able to schedule an appointment online within in the hour. I did my paperwork online and checked in with ease. I paid my co-pay. The wait time was very short. The NP that took care of me was very efficient and quick.

The two young females working up front, practice professional. Don’t take thing personal and answer patients question in a respectful manner in order to know clinical processes. If you would not like some to treat you that way, then don’t do it others.  Exercise patience and self control.

We never got to see a Dr. We were 10 mins late for the appt and told we had to now be considered as walk in with 5 people waiting ahead of us. We waited about 10 mins, I called Honor Health (Fast Med), they said was no one in line so we left Next Care and went to Fast Med where we were seen immediately.

Rude staff who won’t tell you what your copay will be on the phone to verify if information I was told from insurance was accurate. I scheduled online and uploaded everything needed so they had my information to tell me what it would be, they just refused to tell me. I asked for a call to go over that and nobody did, I placed a comment that I wanted chest xray and it was non functioning that day.
