I was not able to pick up my prescription whwothey told me it was ordered. I had to go back to NextCare to get a written prescription. This all took a total of 3 hours.

Had a difficult time trying to get an appt on the phone. Bot online was super easy. Everything else was great.

This Urgent care was one of the best I’ve ever been to! The staff was very friendly and you are seen pretty quickly! Very clean too!

we didn’t have to wait long and the physician and staff were all exceptional but we went specifically for an X-ray and there was no X-ray tech so that wasn’t helpful. Otherwise everything g else was great

Almost a 2 hour wait for a scheduled appt. Office was not at all busy.  Didn’t get out for 3 hours.  Saw provider for about 10 minutes.  Instructions on checkout paperwork showed things to do for symptoms I did not report having.  Only 1 of 2 of the prescriptions noted made it to the pharmacy.  Not real thrilled by this visit.

The earliest I could get an appointment, was at 10:30, and that posed a small problem, but it worked.  Once I was taken to the exam room, there was quite a long wait, which probably seemed longer since I was feeling miserable.  The NP apologized for the wait.  She has good bedside manner and was very caring.  I would recommend this facility

Amongst other things, doctor ordered X-rays and did not timely follow up.  I went to SMIL and received a written report two days after the X-rays were taken.  I had an appointment with a specialist before  NextCare contacted me to follow up.

My experience was exactly what I expect when I need to visit an urgent care facility. I made an appointment online, therefore my wait in the lobby was minimal. I found all the staff members that I worked with to be courteous, caring, and interested in why I was visiting the facility. My situation was unique, the doctor needed to make an outside call while I was in the office, and returned with a solution that cleared up the situation perfectly. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend this facility to friends and neighbors.

Called to get my note extended as I was still running a fever and would not be able to work with a fever! They said they couldn’t because a different provider was in that day. That I would need to schedule another appointment and pay another copay! Totally unreasonable! I will never return to NextCare!
