I was able to get a 7:30 appointment this morning. Staff was friendly, thorough and professional. Total time was less than an hour and I received the treatment I needed. Highly recommend NextCare.

Even though my appointment didn't show up in the system, they were able to get me in close to the time I reserved. Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this site and will come here again when needed.

While my quality of care in the office was good, the fact that this site was advertised to have XRays and did not is unacceptable. I should have been called ahead of time and told based on the reason for my case. I was referred to a third party vendor for XRays and now two days after my visit I am still waiting on a report from my X-ray whether I just have a sprained ankle or damage the bone which is what really hurts and is swollen. If you need anything with an XRay call in advance. That is what all the staff told me once I got there. Hmmm, how am I supposed to know that. It is an urgent care, not my regular doctor's office.

Waited almost 2 hours for a 30 second check and what will likely be a high bill. Staff was very friendly though.

I was a walk in patient and was told the wait would be about an hour. I was called back after 1.5 hours to triage and then asked to return to the lobby as there weren’t any rooms available. I waited another hour and was finally let into a room where a five second swab of my throat was done. I waited an additional 30 minutes for a test I was told would take 5-10 minutes. I can’t understand why there was one PA on staff among five medical assistants and two front office clerks. Staffing needs to be re-examined immediately. I won’t return.

My medical needs were taken care of.  Gal at the front desk was nice enough. The intake gal was brisk.  The PA was good, listened to my issues, examined me and ordered an RX.  The thing I do not understand is why there is not a mandatory mask rule in place.  Any Honor Health facility has mandatory masks.  Anyone coming in to Urgent Care is SICK!!! They should be wearing masks!!!
