The MA and NP were very thorough, heard all my concerns and attended to me in every way. Amazing work they are doing!!

I was able to make appointment online without having to go in which was great, the only thing was i didnt go back to get seen till 30 or 45 min. late but evrmeryone was awesome and i dont blame the staff

Scheduling was essy, no issue. Check-in was fine staff well the MA or nurse that swabbed me and took my vitals could have been a little nicer. I know in that area it is a bad area and people assume the worst in patients, but I am not like those patients, when I go it's literally because I am sick and probably got step and stuff from the students I work with. The care was phenomenal I had the little like indented marks on me which came from a beaded necklace I was wearing and the doctor being concerned because of my throat being soo sore and I could barely talk all I could manage was laying on something when I was laying on my bed. I would recommend the provider but not the MA

Sent my medicine to the wrong pharmacy even though I told the staff about my preferred pharmacy and it was filled-in the paperwork. Took like 4 hours to fix that and get the medicine with multiple calls to the pharmacy and the clinic while it should have been something avoidable and easy.

PA Cara and her nurse are amazing! They were so accommodating, and I truly felt well cared for. PA Cara even took the time to prepare detailed discharge instructions for me. I was pleasantly surprised when they followed up the next day to check if I had followed their advice. Their dedication and kindness really made a difference!

This facility is in unacceptable condition. The entrance doors are dirty and covered in bird feces. The waiting room is not properly sanitized or maintained. Patient rooms are filthy—walls, sinks, air vents, and light fixtures are covered in dust and debris, indicating a lack of regular cleaning. The front staff is consistently rude to patients, which only adds to the negative experience. While the PA and nurses are kind, the overall lack of cleanliness puts patients at risk of leaving with additional illnesses. This facility urgently needs deep cleaning, proper sanitation, and ongoing maintenance.

Went from urgent care and was sent to the children hospital. He was a fast check in. The staff members were friendly and my son felt comfortable going here. He liked that it wasn't that bright in the waiting room or in his room.

Took my son to urgent care and got him tested for Covid, flu and streptococcal everything came back negative.  That’s it I was sent home.. the doctor also gave an Excuse letter for school with the wrong dates.  And for all this I waited 2 hours when she came in she said she had an emergency and apologized when I clearly saw her just sitting down at the station. The front desk was not so friendly the MA that brought us back was very friendly and caring with my son he has autism so I really appreciate that.
