Ran out of my prescription asthma medication prior to my primary appointment, the doctor was kind and help me get a replacement prescription till I see my primary. The staffing was nice and very helpful.

Woke up with my left ear draining. I was able to book an appointment online and the times on there were very reasonable. Able to do the paper work online as well instead of doing it in the lobby waiting. Check in was fast as well. Yes I would recommend the provider

Easy to make appointments and the girls up front were easy to talk to and greeted me as I walked in.

The Doctor was really bad Doctor she needs help to be a real Doctor you Don’t treat patients like that never she told I  couldn’t go there she you gave to go the E R. I ask her if she was a racist because the way she said it she open the the door n call a Allied she then change her tune no one should be treated like that she should never be a Doctor

First the staff at checkin look upset , have a mad tone no friendlyness nothing. You are going because you are sick they make you feel like they are bothered by your presente. The office itself should get updated looks to bang up, dirty floor and alot of chair marks on the wall. And when you get roomed they just tell you a room number and tell you to close the door behind you, I thought they should be walking the patients to the room and closing the door. I went to urgent care for my little one and myself due to be really under the weather and all I could keep thinking was to get seen so I could just get out of there.

Provider was great, she answered all my concerns and took really good care of my child

Took more than 1hour to get seen. I had to tell them to see me because I had to go pick up my daughter.

Great ppl every time I go here they give me great vibes and always take care of my needs never a long wait time I definitely will recommend this location

The wait time was absolutely absurd for me having scheduled an appointment. It took an hour and 15 minutes for my son to get called back for vitals to be put back in the front, another 30 mins to get to a room and then another 45 to see the doctor. Then waited 25 mins for a doctors note that didn’t even say what I requested. On top of all of that, the place was disgusting and there weren’t even gloves in the exam room. I have never left a bad review for a place in my life and I made time to leave a one start review on google.
