Great ppl every time I go here they give me great vibes and always take care of my needs never a long wait time I definitely will recommend this location

The wait time was absolutely absurd for me having scheduled an appointment. It took an hour and 15 minutes for my son to get called back for vitals to be put back in the front, another 30 mins to get to a room and then another 45 to see the doctor. Then waited 25 mins for a doctors note that didn’t even say what I requested. On top of all of that, the place was disgusting and there weren’t even gloves in the exam room. I have never left a bad review for a place in my life and I made time to leave a one start review on google.

Didn’t help. Referred us elsewhere. Staff was just sitting around gossiping on the clock.

Giving my symptoms I was still asked if I wanted to get tested for strep which I assumed it should be standard practice, the PA did not listed to my lungs, check my ears only looked at my throat and that's it, when I told the MA what pharmacy I wanted her to add to my chart she ended up adding another pharmacy far from my house and I was going back and forth until we went back to the clinic to ask for a hard copy because my rx wasn't sent and when it was sent it gotten sent to the wrong pharmacy which it bother me so much because I was in so much pain I was driving all over Glendale and Phoenix trying to get my RX but the back office staff where having clubbing conversation that they had last night instead of paying attention to what pt's are telling them. I've been to that location a couple of times and never experienced anything like this and that is why I went again today. And is going to be the last time for sure. Have a nice day.

This was a follow up visit for shoulder pain. This was a walk-in. Filled on line check in and a 10 minute wait. Staff was professional, thorough and quick. Thank you

Front desk is rude, little no customer service, not friendly at all.. back office the same way. They don’t greet you as a parent, felt like we were not important, very insignificant. Room very dirty, dead roach on the floor, PA picked it up and went to mess with the MA’s…. That’s that… over all not a great experience…

Best place for caring people. Don't talk down to you. Very people oriented. Best care thank you!
