Very efficient..professional staff.  Walked in with pain left with less.  What else can i say

The staff was kind and receptive but the restroom for “patients” was filthy and sickening. Clean up the place —you’re in HEALTHCARE!

The check-in process left me with a horrible impression. First off, I am an IT Manager. So I am surprised my phone even allowed me to scan the QR code, because our phones are locked down since we have direct connections into the company. To top everything off, I stated I was in alot of pain when I came in, yet the checkin took almost an hour, while I watched someone coming in after me get taken back. I've been to this location a couple times before and the experience was better the old way. We don't always get insurance cards unless requested. So, it is interesting that you all require this, when every time I've gone to the Dr they just ask for my social and date of birth. Since I was told this is how you all will continue to process patients, I will just drive the extra few blocks to Baylor. I have PPO, yet treated as if I didn't have options.

I feel at home each time I visit. The staff and environment very friendly. Thank you Dr. Evelyne, Ms Crystal and team. I appreciate you all. God bless you. I will recommend any time.

Overall, the experience was great. We just didn't expect to be there for as long as we did. We totally understand that there was someone else that had a very critical situation happening, which was the reason our appointment slid as long as it could. Work grateful that we were still able to be seen today. I think it would be a great option to have more staffing. Especially during peak times when kids have their paperwork to complete. Again, this is our go to location. The staff was very friendly. Find and knowledgeable. I just wish it didn't take us almost two hours.

Thanks to the staff this morning.  From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor; all three ladies were exceptional.  All were friendly, patient and kind; it was refreshing to visit a well run clinic.

Dr. Evelyn is Fabulous,  she’s always very professional kind patient Compassionate and diagnosis and explains medication. and Everything that we need to do. She’s always very cheerful and has a smile on her face so friendly. she is excellent with all her patients, children and adults and wonderful with young adults as well!

Dr Meg took tremendous care of me. The injection & meds she prescribed are finally helping me. The receptionist was very friendly , Courtney , the nurse /assistant took care of my x-rays, the tests and the shot did not hurt !!!  Love this place and people
