It was so easy getting the appointment time and they even took me early. All staff were friendly and kept me well informed. The doctor was friendly thorough and patient. When I couldn’t remember the name of the last antibiotic I was on, he let me call my pharmacy to check. I’m new to this area and really didn’t know where to go. This location is very convenient for me too. I will come come when then need arises.

I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care center. From the staff member who checked me in to the person who took my vitals, I encountered unprofessionalism and a lack of patience—particularly when I asked a routine question and was met with frustration. Based on today’s experience, I would not recommend this facility to others.

Wife visited for broken ankle. Very high price, considering they didn’t have crutches her size. Also the boot they provided was small according to DOC (Direct Ortho Care), which NextCare referred her to. Exam room condition was sub par based on cost. Also the examiner (NP?) should dress more professionally for her role.

Staff (NP) was not prepared to perform this type of procedure. They asked me to open the knife that they were unable to (due to my medical background), then got offended when I asked if they performed this procedure before, then performed the procedure wrong , did not achieve positive outcome, original complaint was not resolved, and I was left with a gash in my leg. Also pulled out a piece of fat saying “see I got the cyst”.. and did not like me explaining to her that was not cyst, but in fact , a piece of fat she tore out.

scheduling online was not available - had to call. front desk did not have correct insurance even though I had put in all current info in Solv. triage asst asked me to stand on the scale even though I had just had surgery on my foot and could not bear weight. the final straw was the incompetent (but nice) pa/nurse/doc that had no idea how to take care of my surgical dressing that had gotten wet. was scared to do anything so I left and went to Baylor ER.
