I was able to get an appt and get help promptly. I really appreciate their availability on this federal holiday when everyone was closed!

Had a 11 am time slot. Other patients with 11:15 & 11:30 time slots where called back first. Front office ckeckrd reported it would awhile I walked out at 11:42. Was never seen.

The scheduling was a little tricky as I ended up driving in to schedule for late that afternoon. The wait time was a bit long but honestly every Dr office has been so slammed I totally understand. The staff was all kind and helpful and once I got back things went very quickly. I felt heard a d well cared for.

I had to call in because the on line scheduling wouldn’t work. But they answered promptly and got us scheduled quickly for that afternoon. There was also an emergency and we had to wait but they made it clear and got us all triaged so they could care for us as soon as the emergency was finished.

Scheduled the appointment online just a couple hours earlier. Arrived 15 minutes early as requested. Waited about 45 minutes. Paid my co-pay. The staff was great, the NP was very thorough and helpful with recommendations and prescriptions. Very pleasant experience!

A last minute appointment made for late in the day. Running a little behind by the end of the day, approx 1 hour but just like any other doctor’s office. The staff was efficient, friendly and professional. I left with a peace of mind from qualified professionals. As the only walk-in medical facility in this area, the staff and care was fantastic. Made an appointment from home. Got to my appointment and had to wait a little bit extra but not too bad. My ailment was pain in my knee not the flu or Covid or something awful so it didn’t bother me to wait Amy was a wonderful provider, listen to everything. I had to tell her and she figured out what my problem was, which wasn’t funny at all go figure. My only worry was DVTs. I went to the hospital to get an ultrasound and found there were no DVTs the whole experience took all day, but it was well worth it cause I feel much better about my leg. It’s on the mend. I do believe it’s on the man faster because of NextCare. I don’t have any worries now I’m just letting it mend. BTW, the nurses and text and front office girls were fabulous. Made me feel like a real person with a real problem thank you very much. It’s only my second time at the clinic, but both times were fabulous. I would recommend this urgent care with their fabulous providers to anybody that asks me.
