My doctor can’t see me until January. This is an excellent alternative. Have been here for Kenalog shots. Staff is always kind and considerate. Wait time is negligible. This time it was for a sinus infection. Antibiotics ordered. Thank you. Thank you.

Had an appointment yet had to sit there for 3 hours before I was finally seen. Only the main medical provider at the very end was especially kind, which made a huge impact considering the experience I had up until that point.

I came in as a walk in and scheduled an appointment later. Wait was an hour and a half but I think there was only one doctor. She was amazing and kind. I have not been to this particular nextcare but would recommend.

One of the nurses catering to my daughter was very rude slammed the door when my daughter did not wanna do a Covid test. No one should ever be treated in such way. Other then that we love this urgent care.

I went in for a persistent sickness i’ve had for about 3 weeks now. I went in at about 9:45 am and was told to come back at 1:30 but to be there by 1:15 because they close at 2:00 pm today. When I arrived I sat in the lobby and waited until 1:45 before being called back. I gave all of my symptoms and asked for a steroid shot and a Z-Pak, as well as a covid and strep test. I was only given a strep test, which came up negative. I was then met with a new nurse who got in my face asking all sorts of accusatory questions, such as whether I slept with my mouth open, how could I know I didn’t, etc. I was told to just take claritin and allegra, and that they may be able to get me antibiotics but they wouldn’t help. She then left the room, when she came back she opened the door and thrust the discharge papers at me, saying “CVS on Willow Creek has your medication”. I wasn’t told what medication and wasn’t given an opportunity to ask any further questions, I wanted a chest X-ray to eliminate the possibility of walking pneumonia but wasn’t able to ask for one. She then left the room right after handing me the papers, and when I walked out I realized she had rushed out so fast I couldn’t tell where she went. The only reason i knew it was time for me to leave was because the papers said discharge. I felt rushed, manipulated, and ignored during my visit.

As a walk-in, my wait was much shorter than I expected (15 min). The assessment, treatment and advice that I received met all my needs and expectations. I am a satisfied client.
