Did have to wait 2 days for appointment, but once at clinic, only 10 min wait. Professional and personable staff. My symptoms were taken seriously and appropriate care was provided. Thank you!

Came in for a kenalog shot. Staff was very accommodating. Dr. In charge was reluctant because I have diabetes but I took my blood sugar count when I got home. Under 100! Blood pressure is fine too. Kenalog shots have been a lifesaver. I feel so much better. Sleeping better, too. I would highly recommend this provider.

The gals at reception (I didn’t get their names)-one of which had scheduled my appointment over the phone were extremely friendly and helpful. The triage nurse was very friendly and helpful and the doctor was as well. I’d been to this urgent care 18 months before and was not impressed. I canceled my appointment. This experience was 180 degrees from that.

I was a walk in and felt like they did what they could to get me in with the soonest appointment they had. Not only that, I was taken back right on time and the staff was very kind and compassionate. The NP I saw was very good and her bedside manner made me feel well taken care of. She truly understood that I didn’t feel good. The nurse that triaged me was very sensitive to me not feeling well at all and was so kind to me.  The gal at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly.  I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.  I felt very well taken care of and am starting to feel better.  Thank you all.

This is the absolute worst Urgent Care I have ever been to. They completely shut down the office regularly “due to staffing issues” and cancelled my appointment 3 different times at like 7 pm the night before the appointment. Unfortunately it’s the only place I can go for my Workers Comp appointments.  Also it doesn’t matter whether I have an appointment first thing in the morning or at the end of the day- I wait hours every time!

Overall a great experience. Made an appointment 2 days before. Checked in online, all of which helped speed the process. I was seen very quickly by Judy. She was great. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.

Been having throat problems for quite a while so called when they opened, they were able to see me within the hr on a Sunday. Receptionist was very nice. Waited in the room for 5 min, only one in there. Went in for a culture on my throat and the lady who swabbed me did an amazing job on getting the saliva. I have a bad gag reflex so she would basically jam it in there to get the most saliva, it was uncomfortable but felt it was the best way to get what she needed. The lady dr was very nice and helpful as well. Gave me some medication, hopefully it helps.
