Very easy to schedule and all staff friendly and efficient . In and out in 20 minutes!

I went in because of what I I thought I had a cold for to weeks. I have covid for the first time ever. The doctor and staff were great. I would recommend Next are for any time you feel bad.

I wasn’t feeling well so I arrived at the facility very early in the morning without an appointment. The receptionist was able to schedule me to see the doctor that same morning. Such a friendly and caring staff. I highly recommend.

I was injured the night before spraining my ankle while hiking walked into the office. They were completely booked. I thought I was gonna have to go to the hospital while I was there. They worked me in. I had x-rays. Everybody was so kind to me. It was a 10 out of 10 service thank you so much much.

I really needed for my daughter to be seen, so we got to NextCare as early as we could and were able to snag an appointment. The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We went home to wait it out and I assumed that we would be seen close to the scheduled time but we still had to wait an hour beyond what we were told, so thankfully I was able to get someone to cover one more of my classes. I am very pleased with the care both the nurse and doctor provided to my daughter and the time they took to answer all of my questions. Once we were taken back to a room, everything was smooth and very timely from that point on.

Front office Medical Assistant was very nice and professional. Back office Medical Assistant and the PA was excellent and I actually enjoyed going to their office because they all treated me with a warm relaxing feeling.

The pharmacy notified me in the urgent care parking lot that they did not have the medication avail at CVS. Walked back in, told the nurse to switch script to Walgreens. Walgreens did not have script avail 2 hours later. No one answered phone and Urgent care, could not leave VM. Daughter with special needs had UTI. 5:30pm Walgreens gets scriot, does not have medication avail. Needs to be written as tablet. Cant get through phine, no VM. Pharm & Urgent Care close for the day. Had to go to ER. Urine was CLEAN!! No UTI or white blood cells. Urgent Care sent for culture...TO THIS DAY NO RESULTS. Can't call in , no VM. AWFUL!! WILL JUST USE ER!!

We were grateful to be seen in a decent amount of time due to my son having a laceration. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Really enjoyed talking to the all the staff while they tended to my son’s leg. And they were very engaging with us.  I’m glad we were able to utilize their services over the ER
