Scheduling was easy. Check in was fine. Lady at the front check in desk really nice and friendly. She let me know that the provider forgot to come in so switched my appointment to telehealth. I was not feeling well and horrible cough, ribs hurt. During appt I was told I just had Laryngitis. As I was leaving the office I noticed that no one cleaned the 2 different rooms that I was in. Does no one clean behind a patient that has been seen? This is unacceptable! I think as a doctor office they should do Better! The following day went to my Doctor's office and was told I have Pneumonia. I won't be back.

Had a sore throat and made an appointment to come in at 8:30am showing up at 8:15am. Didn’t get called back until 9am and then only spent 2 minutes with the doctor.

I was not feeling well for a few days before deciding to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment within an hour and it was pretty easy to do so. By the time I got there I waited less than 5min and was taken inside. The provider who saw me was thorough and attentive. Overall great experience !

They diagnosed me with the wrong thing, gave me the wrong medicine that was $200 and still tried to charge me another $150 despite my insurance covering it. I had to go to a specialist to fix the issue. Even that dr was annoyed with what they did.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The physicians are professional. Dr. "Mona" is absolutely the best physician I've ever seen! So many good things to say about her and next care! I've been associated with Next Care for years!

I had an appointment for a work related  injury on Wednesday. I was in pain for a sciatica episode and they were helpful giving me another visit for my pain. I was given a shot in my right hip but the pain did not subside. I’ve ended up laying in bed with worse back pain and my right leg numb with burning tingling all day making me miss work today!

Went with a bad cough, the Dr only listened to one spot on my back and said I sounded fine.  Went to my pcp 20 hours later and the PA took Her time listening to my lungs and I had full a left lung full of pneumonia.  A shame you can’t get good quality care every time you go to an urgent care
