I was not treated because of apparent high blood pressure. The nurse practitioner was very rude and punted me from the clinic without taking a second look at me. I went to the ER recommended by NextCare’s nursing staff. The ER said my blood pressure was fine and I should’ve been treated for my chest infection. I’m contacting my health insurance provider to decline the payment I offered to NextCare for the visit. Later, I will provide a google review of this interaction, I’ve also have taken video evidence and will circulate through social media platforms.

It was the best visit ever they helped me with the uti blood pressure issue and was so very helpful because I have a sling sending me to urology answered all my questions and helped with meds and insurance recommend high in all areas great cnp and medical and front end staff amazing

Had been feeling sick for a couple of weeks but thought it was just a bad cold.  I went online and made an appointment and they got me in immediately.  After an examination turns out I had pneumonia.  I was prescribed some medication and sent on my way.  Very excellent service and would suggest this clinic to anyone needing medical care.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent visit. I scheduled an appointment at 5:00 a.m. for 10:00 a.m., but I wasn’t seen until around 12:00 p.m., resulting in a wait of nearly two hours despite having a scheduled time. It’s frustrating to book an appointment only to wait so long. While the staff was very polite and courteous, I felt that my concerns weren’t fully addressed. The doctor didn’t give me a chance to explain my symptoms or why I was there, and unfortunately, she didn’t even examine my swollen hand, which had visible pus. This left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the quality of care I received.

Thus place is great. Staff is kind and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

There may be waits, but the staff worked hard to keep me informed of delays (and improvements). Friendly and caring folks. Every person here is friendly and caring!

Schedule was great, providers were great. The place was very clear and tidy. The price OUTRAGEOUS!!

Everything went by smooth. The doctor listened and he was able to find out I had bronchitis. I wasn’t able to see my doctor ever since the holidays of Christmas and New Year’s so this was my last resort and I’m glad I came.
