This was my second visit (for different reasons). Once I was seen things went smoothly. Both the nurse practitioner and doctor were excellent and thorough. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Wait time: what is the purpose of making an appointment if I have to wait based on walk-ins before me? That makes zero sense. Where else in the whole world doesn’t abide by an appointment time?  Quality of Care: docs, nurses, practitioners, and reception were all very kind.  Bedside manner was great. Everyone was very kind. Scheduling on the app was fine. Not great, not bad. Staff was friendly.  Office cleanliness: it was clean except for the construction.

Booked a 9:00AM appointment online the evening before, arrived at 9:00, but was not seen by the NP until 9:50. The restroom was dirty, including the toilet. They open at 8:00AM, how do you get 50 minutes behind in the first hour? And obviously the bathroom isn’t cleaned on the daily. I’ve been there in the past and haven’t had these issues.

For scheduling for virtual meeting.  I got to realized that my information was with and sent to my husband. Even when I made my call to the receptionist who was not much help at all.  It is like she did not have to knowledge of what needs to be done.  I was sent back to the beginning to call the same number and reschedule again.  The paperwork was sent to my husband just the same.  To the latter end of it, I had to go in and see The Provider.   While at the NextCare all the correct messages then sent to my phone with the paperwork.

Went due to sinus congestion.  The process from checking in to seeing a staff nurse was great.  They were courteous and friendly.  I was there less than an hour even with waiting for test results.   I would definitely recommend this place.

The doctor on staff took my concerns and symptoms seriously and treated me accordingly, with compassion and care. I am very grateful for the provider in providing excellent care.

I made an appointment for 2:00 pm arrived at 1:51 it was 30 minutes so I asked what was the point of an appointment.  waited to be called for 30 minutes. When taken in to care room I was told I had to wait. Waited till 3:18 at which time I left without being seen. Awful experience and will never, never go back again

Place under construction. Not told. No doctor on site. Not told till I arrived. No test for flu or Covid. Asked to hold phone by window and open mouth to see down throat. Then told it was a virus because 90% of the time it is. Stated my dissatisfaction when leaving. Then billed an additional $10 on top of co pay which I requested be returned for sub par treatment. Never again. I don’t recommend.

The most important thing they the staff was very nice  They took care for every single detail.

Kimberley was phenomenal!  She made us feel at ease, and had great bedside manner.  We left feeling well cared for!
