The technician were amazing. They were friendly and kind.  The front desk was HORRIBLE!!  I waited 1 1/2 hours for my mammogram, which has never happened at STRIC. Finally, I walked out and asked to reschedule because it was taking too long and I had a work obligation. Sam at the front desk was unapologetic, uncaring, and frankly not friendly.  She started to look for reschedule dates, but then started talking to a coworker, even after I told her I had to go. Why don’t you have your technicians train your front desk staff how to treat people???

At 7:15 am I booked an appointment for 9:15. I completed all my online paperwork through the link sent and received confirming texts. I arrived at 9 and scanned the QR code for checkin, which would not load. The front desk had no record of my appointment or records and asked me to complete them again, telling me I was considered a walk in with 11 patients ahead of me. Honestly, I felt too bad to leave and restart the process elsewhere. I then got a notification that my appointment was canceled. So they did find my appointment and suddenly I had 2 appointments? I was called back about an hour after my appointment. I was asked to provide a urine sample and ushered into a bathroom with no shelf, table, or hook for a coat or purse. It had no trash can and no working sink. The sink was covered in tape that said do not use. Think about the sanitation here. The previous patient left their trash behind. How clean do you think the door handle was?  Michelle was my NP.  She was compassionate about my symptoms and illness. She listened to my feedback. My pharmacy had my Rx before she returned to the room.  Michelle - 5 stars  Scheduling and cleanliness - not so much.

Long wait.  Was there for two hours.  That’s my only complaint.

I was feeling awful and my spouse had tested positive for Covid the day before. I set an appt online for that morning. Very short wait time and a pleasant staff.

Scheduling through the app was a breeze. I ended up showing 1 min before my appointment time and was seen about 30 minutes later. Not a long wait considering there is 1 receptionist , 1 tech, and 1 provider.  The tech who triaged me was so incredibly kind and sympathetic to my current situation and very knowledgeable. I was a bit distraught when going in but she comforted me and even made me laugh through a rough moment. The tests came back very fast and the provider himself was so kind and respectful. Offering 3 kind words of encouragement at the end of the visit,  “you got this” and a fist bump as he could see I was stressed and sad. So all in all it’s always my favorite urgent care to visit if I need immediate and kind care.

This was a very satisfying experience, the staff were  professional and courteous. Diagnosis and treatment plan were well explained.

I had a UTI and was promptly seen and given the medication needed. I had great service and it was easy to get an appointment.

The staff was friendly and helpful despite the business of being the only urgent care in the area open on Thanksgiving. They were hugely helpful in getting me the prescription I needed immediately. I am so grateful for their time and attention on a holiday!

Had a bad lower back pain. I was a walk in and they were able to help me. They were very helpful.

Called because on possible chest infection and received an appointment within two hours. Upon arrival, I was seen on time and in and out within 30 minutes with my prescription. Seemless operation.
