I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 and was not seen until 3pm  It was awful 😞

I was able to schedule an appt the same day I called.  Only problem was the wait time due to only 1 Provider being on duty.  The receptionist kept the patients in the lobby in the know as far as wait times.  The nurse that took me back to get vitals was efficient and also apologized for the long wait.  Once I saw the PA my appt went very smoothly.  She explained my issue to me in words that I understood. I have only used NextCare Urgent Care & I wasn’t disappointed with the care I received.  I have recommended this clinic on Shea Rd in Scottsdale Az many times.

Although I wait 4 hours as I didn’t have an apt but a punctured food from a 4” spike I had a GREAT DOCTOR WITH GOOD HUMOR!!! Poor thing was run ragged as she was the only doc/nurse practitioner? On staff. She still took quality time with me!!!!! Yes I would recommend this provider

I have had a very bad cough for 6 weeks. I saw the same PA that I unfortunately saw once in January. He was very dismissive in January and made me feel as if I should not have come in. I wound up in the hospital for a few days after that visit in January. I rarely see the MD except for my yearly checkup. There was no compassion from the PA. I did do a zoom call with someone else previously and he was outstanding. I was hoping to see him but you get whoever is on duty. I'll have to find another place to go. Luckily I have generally excellent health.

I had an appointment at 5:30 but ended up waiting in the room for an extra 35 minutes as the doctor had started with another patient.

Long wait but Sara Moss NP was terrific. She is very knowledgeable and decisive.

Can't breathe. Needed care. NP worst provider I've ever had. Waited in patient room for almost 2 hours. The NP was rude. And descriminated against me, for being a smoker. And because of that. Refused to prescribe me necessary medication. She need's a new career. And to stop treating people badly, just because she doesn't like their choices. I think that's against the law too. Right? I would NOT recommend. Worst experience I've ever had. Also. No communication. They made me sit in a room, without any communication as to what was happening. So crazy.

Everyone was excellent! From online booking - Checkin - vitals and visit. Thank you everyone at this location for all that you do.

I appreciate the ability to book on line. It’s a very clean and well run clinic. Check in was so easy on line so when I arrived there was little wait. When not feeling well this is a real blessing.  The Dr was very thorough and I  was well cared for.  If needed in the future I won’t hesitate to use them again for my medical needs.

From out of state and needed to be seen for flu/cold/cough symptoms.  Staff was wonderful and the Doctor was truly concerned with my symptoms and well being.  Left with prescriptions to treat pneumonia and was so glad I made the appointment to be seen.  Would definitely return if necessary.  The only negative was the wait time.  I have not had to use an urgent care before but am grateful that they are available...
