Had a very bad cough and stuffed nose and didn't want to wait to see my pcp. Scheduled with next care and had a great experience with the P.A. and staff. I will use next care anytime

Maybe stop pushing people away who are seeking help, waited 2 hours to be seen just to be told they couldn’t help and during this time they had told two more people the same thing without even taking them back they disgusted private information in front of at least 5 random people.

Staff was cold and didn’t seem to care and doctor seem to brush everything I had to say and just said I probably should just go to ER and I disagreed sense it was just a pulled muscle and he kept just brushing everything off and just seemed in a rush and left the door open half of the time.

We had a scheduled appt for 10:20 and had to wait 1hr 50min before  called back. All together we were there for 2 hours and 25min. Then the MA asked me if my son’s father and I are married. That had nothing to do with our appointment at all!  The front office was very nice and the Dr was good as well.

Have had a deep cough for a few days and scheduled an on-line appointment and got one very fast.

Was able to get an appointment on line within an hour. I had cold symptoms and was worried about strep since we were spending time with our grandchildren and one of them was diagnosed with strep throat. I ended up testing positive for Covid. Was in and out within an hour. Wait time was about 15 minutes to be seen. Staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Started my morning, day two of our vacation, with symptoms of a UTI. I am so grateful your urgent care is so conveniently located here in Scottsdale. I was able to get right in. Everyone was very professional, kind, personable and prompt. Everything was excellent. I picked up my prescription and I’m feeling much better 24 hours later. Thank you so much!  I really appreciate the great care. I would highly recommend Next Care!

I had to wait 45 minutes despite having an appointment. When the doctor came in he did not introduce himself. He stood about 3 feet away from me and did not even approach me to look at the stye  In my eye. I had to pull my lid down and stretch towards him so he could confirm it was a stye. He stood there not saying anything. I asked what treatment was appropriate. He said how about an antibiotic ointment. Seemed like he was asking me. So that’s what he prescribed. I don’t even believe he was a doctor. Very weird experience.

What a horrible experience what is the point of making an 8 AM appointment for them to only take you back at 8:30 not only did they take me back 30 minutes late. The first thing they asked me was if I’m allergic to any medicine I told them one medicine and that is the medicine they sent to CVS to give me. PCP on duty was rude and condescending. Absolutely horrible experience.

Today was very fast and convenient and on time. All the staff were great
