I walked in so I knew I had to wait a while, but they were efficient. Great doctor and nurse.  I like the app sign in  Great staff

All of the staff have been nothing but nice to me and made me feel as though they care about you, and are just all in all friendly. Check in is great because you can either do it on the app when you get there or with the front desk, and if you have paperwork to do a lot of it can be done through your phone. Scheduling was really easy and not a problem if you should need to reschedule for a later time. Every member of the medical care staff is very friendly and we’re great to interact with. I would recommend this clinic if you need to schedule an appointment or if you need to be seen for a nonemergency walk in appointment as well as their availability hours are good too.

I wasn't able to see my normal pcp so I chose to try urgent care. The care received and staff were great. I was in and out in under two hours with no unexpected expenses.  Definitely worth it.

Came in with flu symptoms, hour wait for walk in, which wasn't bad at all. Took very good care of me and were super friendly!

Tested positive for Covid at home. My husband had just had surgery and was home so had to get well asap  Called to see the wait for walk in as most all appointments were gone. Was given 30 min to hour, of course this can change in minutes but I took my chance bc I felt so bad. Wait about hour and half in waiting room, which was clean at quiet ( thankfully bc my head was killing me) Tested again for Covid and flu, covid positive so the NP was very helpful and informative, and suggested faster recovery to take injections. The care and treatment received was 5 Star. I feel much better today!

Scheduling was a breeze!! Getting the app made everything much more comprehensive. From the very beginning Jamie was very welcoming, professional, super sweet, and just answered every question I had. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood what she was telling me. Highly recommend making this your urgent care location!

Usually do not have an issue with the medical team, however the doctor on duty did not seem to want to help us navigate a solution for my son’s care. We have had many trips there where care was top notch. Very disappointing today.

Scheduling was easy online. But it didn’t matter because we waited 1 hour 15 min WITH an appointment. And that wouldn’t have been quite so bad except they kept letting walk-ins go ahead of us because the rude front desk lady couldn’t enter our insurance numbers correctly. I am 100% certain it was her error. She tried to demand his social security number, which I politely told her she did not need. I had his insurance card with me and all info was up-to-date and correct. I suspect she entered the numbers wrong. In the meantime, I could see our wait time on the app and the walk-ins kept getting called. The app shows who has an appointment and who is a walk-in. We also arrived 15 minutes early even though we had filled out all paperwork online. It still did not matter. The front desk woman was incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. We will not be back.

I will use this Urgent Care again if needed.  The only drawback was it took 4 phone calls to finally get an answer. But the care was excellent.

The clinic was very busy because there are so many sick people right now.  We had to wait quite a while, but that was understandable.  The provider and the staff handled what must have been a very stressful day with patience and calm.  Loved the provider’s down-to-earth bedside manner.  Would recommend this clinic and will return if needed.
