Went in due to my son testing positive for strep earlier in the week. Told her my symptoms were sore throat, body aches, and my chest hurt when I coughed. To avoid missing work, I was trying to be proactive and asked for a steroid shot and antibiotic. She said she couldn’t give an antibiotic, and made an ignorant comparison saying, “if someone came in asking for morphine, I couldn’t just give it to them” Needless to say, I left there after waiting for well over 2 hours with no shot or antibiotics.  When asked how did my wife get what I asked for when she said the same thing, I was told it was a different doctor. Absolutely ridiculous! But they damn sure took my money.

Came in for sore throat. Provider was very efficient and understood that I needed medication.  Wrote prescriptions quickly and without hesitation.  She and all the staff were friendly and kind.  Would definitely recommend this clinic.

All was great the doctor was the best she knew exactly what was going on and help me on my way to recovery thanks for the help feel much better today

I've had one previous visit, in both cases they were exceptional. Staff is knowledgeable and congenial. Medicine is a practice and they took the time to understand the details. Many thanks....yes, I would recommend this provider and have already done so.

The staff and medical personnel were kind, attentive, and good at explaining about my foot injury. I do feel badly for the receptionist because she has to listen to the NextCare muzak that is on a constant loop. For the hour we were in the waiting room, we found it annoying. That is an environmental company issue. Everything else about my experience was top-notch.

I walked in , the wait was long just because everyone is sick right now. THE STAFF IS AMAZING. Very caring and consurned about my needs. , Kind polite.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The wait was almost 2 hours though unfortunately.

Came here to Covid test and possible treatment. The staff iis amazing so I will come back when needed. Glad its part of BSW too!
