The provider did not seem very knowledgeable or confident about my diagnosis. Not much information was  given by provider. Seemed a bit strange that the provider had to take a picture of the affected area to send to a supervisor for additional assistance.

I presented with chest pains, mid back pain, and nausea.  Had to wait 1 1/2 hours to be seen!  Then all she said was they could do an X-ray, but really couldn’t do anything for me if it was heart…she really just wanted me to go somewhere else! Great waste of my money!

I was concerned I was not given Covid flu or tsp tests or lungs not tested since I was running a high temperature last night

It was an easy and quick to schedule my appointment the night before. The staff was very clean and friendly!

This was my 2nd visit and still didn’t feel 100% better. My ears were the main concern and couldn’t be rechecked because the medical instrument wasn’t working. I pretty much paid for a consult which recommended Benadryl and to continue on same path of recovery with current meds even after stressing I could not take the oral steroids given at previous visit.

The front desk clerk is horrible. Very rude and definitely not the person you want greeting your clients especially those who are sick and not feeling well.  The actual medical personnel in back were the complete opposite and wonderful.

I've been here many times. The care always professional. I did have a serious problem with a receptionist. She ordered me out of the clinic before I made it thru the door with my service dog. I use a walker as well. Her tone was abusive and belligerent. I eventually got a specimen cup for urine. Chronic UTIs. I held my ground and told her to get her manager.the nurse knew me yet her behavior didn't change! I filled a complaint while I sat there waiting on their site. Her tone turned sugary sweet and respectful to everyone coming in the door. I would recommend her being fired. I just read a review that sounded a lot like her abusive behavior to me. Yes, I would recommend this clinic for exceptional care.

Went  in with with a very itchy rash that was spreading quickly. Did not have an to appointment but was still seen within ten minutes. Angie got me checked in so quickly and was very friendly. The nurse was great, and Kathy Baxter, the FNP, was kind, thorough and efficient—very willing to listen. This is my 4th experience with this clinic, and it is  always this good. Highly recommend.

Was able to make an appointment on my schedule.  Easy to check in, everyone nice And very understanding.
