Very quick and convenient check in, and saw a doctor within 45 minutes of my arrival.

I didn’t feel the doctor showed much care/concern toward helping me to clear the sinus infection and certainly not the inflammation on my face

I have been suffering from neck pain for about 2 weeks. Dr. Carolyn came in and immediately assisted me with figuring out the issue along with providing me with meds to help hurt my next strain. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. I'll prefer here over an ER visit going forward.

The front desk should have told me that their facility did not have the equipment to treat me.

I had an appointment for 10:36, which was easy to make online.  I show up at 10:25 and wait in my car until 10:35 and then go inside and make sure they know I am there.  11:30 rolls around and I still haven’t been seen.  They just say we are running behind.  I told them I had to get to work and I wasn’t going to reschedule.  This is about the 3rd time I’ve gone and it took 1 hr plus to be seen even with an appointment.  The only reason I keep going back is because it’s a workman comp claim and I have to check in with them.

Took my son in for one of his routine EKGs. The EKG was performed incorrectly. I mentioned to the nurse that it needed to be longer than 2 seconds and asked to speak to the doctor. The doctor came and was unprofessional and rude, Informing me that that is how they do the EKG. I wasted my money and needed to go elsewhere with knowledgeable staff to perform the basic EKG. Not everyone at this place is clueless. I'd advise not to go on a weekend and hopefully, you receive someone knowledgeable.

Scheduling was great,  I called and was told come on in and this was about an hour before closing.  Check in was a breeze.  Great staff and very friendly.  The care I received was great no waiting time, X-rays were taken right away and, I was told the problem, gave me a prescription and got it filled right away.  I will return here next time I have another emergency.

The wait time was almost 2 hours, yet the online app showed available appt times within that wait period.  The online app appt scheduling should reflect the wait time more accurately.

The wait time was really long even though I had an appointment. The front desk staff and nurse were very nice, but the NP was not friendly and was not easy to talk to at all. They consistently send my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. This has happened multiple times now. The waiting room needs some money and time put into it. It is not looking good and has gone downhill over the past couple years.
