I had a great visit yesterday, my only concern was the NP, relies too much on book standards. I came in for coughing and felt like I was drowning and my right was hurting, I had no fever, so she took that an indicator that nothing was wrong. In the past I've had covid without a fever or any symptoms. I wasn't given a covid test or any test to be sure, and I was asked if I wanted to take x-rays to be sure,when this should be protocol. Thanks

The doctor was extremely thorough in examining my son. He displayed excellent bedside manner and took my child's needs into careful consideration. The staff was friendly, and I would highly recommend others to seek medical care from the team here at Nextcare.

The visit was helpful and the staff was great. I am having trouble reading the papers because of my eyes. She said that I needed some drops for my eyes because of possible allergy. I do not know what drops to use for eyes and what to usefor the allergy? Also she said something about antibiotic ointment?. You all were great, I would appreciate you letting me know these things. Thank you for everything. I will be pleased to recommend you. .

The wait time took a bit longer due to not locating my online schedule in the system. Was told it has happened before. The admin and nursing staff are phenomenal!  They took care of me with such professionalism. As a Veteran, this place treats us like with great care. Thank you.  I would recommend this provider.

Struggling with some upper respiratory issues. Able to get an appointment when needed quickly which is not possible with your primary physician. Care given and much improved. Efficient and helpful caring staff

I would use this clinic for cold snd flu symptoms. Perhaps minor injuries. Anything else I would go to major ER. My injury was work related so the protocol we all have had to follow has been limiting. No blame on Nexcare for this.
