They are supper. They got me in right away. The front desk girls were very nice. My doctor was wonderful. I would recommend this facility to everybody here in Sun City. Thank you all for your services that were needed.

Great Urgent Care!  I was in and out in under 30 minutes on a Friday night. No wait. Friendly staff from the front office staff to the back office care team. Very caring people. Clean office. Easy location. I will use them again if needed.

Everyone was so kind, professional and caring. Provider called in prescription and listened to my complaint.

Needed an x-ray, but the x-ray was not available. They sent me to simon med, but their machine was down. The second simon quit taking x-rays at 4 p.m. Finally found one that was open until 5, and got the x-ray. It is now 24 hours later, and I haven't received the results.

Quick appt booking, no wait- brought in a difficult older patient and staff might have been more persuasive.  Good instructions regarding medication and follow -up required. Provided no advice on proper wound care

I was visiting the area and had to make a trip to this urgent care. Very easy to schedule, and very quick check in. Extremely friendly people, including the lady at the desk, the tech who took my history and vitals, and the provider.  Quick in and out, great care. I would highly recommend this facility, with the exception of the below issue.  The parking lot had NO lights whatsoever, and the signage to turn in to the facility was poor. This is an area which serves primarily older people, and the parking lot is a HUGE falls risk.  As a nurse, I can’t believe how dangerous it is. I mentioned it to the lady at the desk, and she said they have complained about it before, and nothing has been done.  Not only is it a falls risk, but from a safety perspective, it is also very unsafe.  I sincerely hope someone will read this and make the necessary changes to make the great place safe on the outside. Thank you!

Took drug test was told it’s a 11 panel then it was only a 5 and wouldn’t write results on paperwork
