Had pain in right knee scheduled appointment. They ware behind when I arrived so waited about 30 minutes passed appointment time. Staff was great. Would definitely go there again. Would recommend this provider.

Extremely satisfied with my overall experience at NextCare! The entire staff was very professional & courteous!  I wish ALL of my medical appointments were as pleasant & streamlined as NextCare! I have already spoken very highly of their services to all my friends & relatives!

Injured my hand--Looked on the website and it said they did xray. Checked in a waited only to be told once I got back to the room that the location didn't have x-ray. However I was promised that getting an X-ray off site was easy and results were quick--8 hours or less and they would call me immediately with the results once received. Saw provider for about 90 seconds, she just stood in front of me, asked one question, poked my hand in one spot and left. Had x-ray and waited for call. When I hadn't heard from them the next day, I called about results. The receptionist said they were in and that a provider would call me back soon. No call. Now even 10 days later I still have not received a call with my results. Thankfully I was able to go online to the website of the off site x-ray company and get my results. Will not be visiting this location again. Nor will I recommend it to others.

I woke up yesterday with a UTI and knew I need an antibiotic right away. I likeNextcare as it is close to home and easy to schedule an appointment. Staff was professional and helpful. Thank you.

The staff took very good care of me while I was interacting with them, but there’s seems to be a problem with management here. There is absolutely no reason for me to arrive 30 mins early to a scheduled appointment, just to have to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone for that reason.

The staff were all super friendly and FNP answered all questions and was very helpful. Unfortunately the wait time was terrible. Checked in at 12:32pm for 12:42pm appointment, wasn’t called until about an hour later and still waited about 30 minutes after regular vitals were checked for the FNP. By the time I left I’d been at the clinic for almost 3 hours, wish the appointment times were spaced out to allow more flex time.

Other than Waiting an hour on a scheduled appointment the doctor was wonderful! Wish he could be my primary care physician. Completely thorough and wonderful bedside manners. Totally worth the wait. Thank you for taking the time with me.

Experiencing a sinus headache for a few days that wouldn’t go away along with ear pain As my day progressed so did my symptoms, I have no time to be sick.  Scheduling an appointment was relatively simple. Wait time wasn’t too bad. Facility was clean, sanitary and staff were very friendly. The only thing was I didn’t get a complete explanation of my diagnosis other than I didn’t have the flu or COVID. Paperwork or a form would’ve been handy. But maybe they were so busy they accidentally overlooked, I also didn’t think about it until I got to the pharmacy.  Overall I would definitely return and recommend to others.

This was a follow up visit for me.  A bit of a wait even with a scheduled appointment.  Receptionist was proficient but certainly not warm or welcoming.  PA was wonderful and very thorough. There were crumpled tissues on the floor of the waiting area as well as some shredded paper.

I made an appointment my cold was settling into my chest and head. I thought I needed more than OTC meds as I was not improving. I had to wait over 1.5 hrs to see a medical professional. I was told that the wait was long due to sports fitness physicals needed by students. I suggest a new process be used those physicals such as making students make an appointment for their physicals and limiting walk-ins or desigmate 1 clinic for physicals.
